It was good, it was delicious. Only problem is you need to understand there sizes.
Small=personal Pan pizza, any time you have to cut the pizza into sixth to make a slice look like a small slice it’s only for one person.
Large=Medium lame
Family=Large
It’s like your first experience at place making words have a new meaning.

Love the pepperoni rolls. Usually get those and a half pint of the ice cream. This time they were out of the flavor I ordered online, to make up for it (I'm assuming the manager/owner) gave me a full pint of a different flavor. Love this place.

Our first time eating here. We did take out and had a not so good experience when we got home with our food. Our pesto Mac and cheese was super greasy and our pizza rolls looked like they just dumped basil or parsley onto them. A few sprinkles would have been great but there was so much on them it made them unpleasant to eat.

Came in on a rainy Friday night and place was empty and to ourselves. Win! They say usually Friday nights are hoping, so if that's your jam.
Wasn't feeling pizza, so decided to go with lasagna. It was covered in a ton of marinara sauce which I love. I do wish the lasagna itself was built a little bigger. It didn't feel me up at all. The lasagna was very tasty and the marinara sauce was delicious.

The pizza & salad were delicious and the service was great! The owner came by our table to check on us. Very nice guy. I look forward to returning when they are fully moved in and the bar is open etc. It's nice to have other pizza options in northern Colorado. Although I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming I don't mind driving 45 minutes for great pizza!

UPDATE; tried the same foods, different crew with me. The food was much better. The pizza crust had crunch and chew, making it more like that NY pizza i adore. More toppings than last time as well, and the meatballs were fresh and moist! Doubled my stars since last visit. Good job.
Ok, saw wonderful reviews from the other locations. Just returning from my stint in New York, I craved a NY slice. Nope, not worthy of the style. Stood at the front register for about 10 minutes, about to leave and someone says, be right with you. Nice lady, very friendly. Majority of specialty pizzas are of the faded Fad of no red sauce... it happens. Had Margherita and the pineapple chorizo. Added meatballs for a shared appetizer. Meatballs were dry and Abita over cooked. The sauce tastes fresh and over seasoned. The pizza had very little toppings and no big flavor. Definitely better than Anthony's, and cooked better, but lacking flavor. I really hoped and prayed for more "wow", but got more flavor out of the slices from Kum&go the day before... as with any new spot in town, you all know I give them a second chance a month or so later. Let's be understanding of course. If they can knock my socks off and make me not crave Crazy Carl's on my next visit, then it will be a welcomed new hangout. As always, I hope to change my review, but it will be up to Shopey's to change that first impression...

Super disappointing tonight. We’ve eaten there in the past and it’s always been a pretty decent pie, but ordered via door dash tonight and what a waste. Door dash was fast, and we live less than a mile away but the pizza arrived cold and flavorless, and with chorizo instead of the Italian sausage we ordered, and the mushrooms and onions were chopped so fine and scattered so sparsely you could barely find them, much less taste them. We also specifically requested parm, but got none.
Last time we stopped in for dinner we were told it would be over 1.5 hrs to get a pizza to eat-in, so we figured we’d just order for delivery tonight, and were just let down. Might be time to give up on this place.

The bread & crust I thought was perfect. It was soft and tasted like you all know what you are doing in that kitchen.
In my opinion you deserve more stars on google. I tasted nothing but quality and kept thinking these folks know how to make
full flavor food. Your marinara sauce is amazing.

I'm so grateful to have a pizza place that makes a truly yummy gluten free pizza! Everything I've tried here has been tasty and well made.
The employees have been kind & helpful, and you can tell that they care about the quality of both the food & the customer's experience. I'm so happy they opened in Windsor!
Also, if you order the Carmel apple dessert pizza, do yourself a favor & get extra caramel sauce...totally worth the extra calories!

Hats off to the owner. We haven’t been in too many times but when we do the owner is always working hard, cleaning and supporting her staff. I’ll always support this type of leadership especially in a small local pizza shop. Keep it up!
