Prepare yourself for the hangover. The staff, Shirley herself is amazing. Alex on the door, brilliant. Only downside. Not open 7 days a week, guess that gives everyone a day of recovery!

Shirley is a legend.... Some of the best momories.... I think just can't remember.... Great prices and a liquorice all sorts of people.

A cute little bar. Locals always linger here. It's sad that it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Also, cash only limits who will visit. She offers her own home cooking if you are hungry. Shirley herself is the barmaid, and she handles the place like a champion!!

You will be very lucky if Shirley serves you a pint of the best...do not be fooled by her Angelic beauty....rarely do you find a woman of strength, virtue, determination and intelligence such as Shirley.

Want to meet some locals in Hout Bay, Shirley's is the place to go. Friendly service and if you meet Shirley (The owner) you will understand way the locals hang out here. Cash only Bar.
