Louis was our waiter! Candy was our hostess! I wish we had both of them at every restaurant we go to! They both are amazing! Food was amazing as well. Place is great and well worth the visit! Would highly recommend

We dined there yesterday afternoon, Monday. The restaurant was not busy, but steady. We were seated with no problem, table of 4.
The server's attitude was short and rude when it came to greeting and taking orders.
We ordered the calamari appetizer. The dish came out tossed the marinara. It was soggy and lukewarm. Pass on that dish.
The burgers were fine, but nothing special.
The daily specia,l Mahi tacos, lacked any flavor, and the tortilla was more on the burnt side. Pass on the tacos, too.
Overpriced. Better off eating at a roadside truck. Those never disappoint.

My husband and I recently had dinner there and it was amazing!! Great drinks, and delicious food while dining “Al fresco”, in a great atmosphere. The waitress was on it and drinks and Food came out hot and on time! We shared the blistered shishito peppers app, YUM, and a salad. Then we both had the fresh grouper, portions were huge, wish we were hungrier but happy to take the rest home. All in all it was a great night and would definitely recommend dining there!!

Solid experience.
Food: The wings were on point. I went with the Guava BBQ sauce. These were the best wings I have found on the island.
The blue cheese burger was missing something. I ended up adding the bbq sauce to just give it a little more flavor.
Service: Great customer service. Candy served us during our visit. She has such a happy personality. She checked in with how we were doing but not too often to bother us. She really did a good job.
Atmosphere: it is an outdoor setting. It is simple yet nice. The flys were bad but they did have a little table fan to help keep them away. I only saw one of these fans.
Over all I gave them a 4/5 because of the burger missing something and the flys and the price was pretty expensive for lunch.
This place is good. The Cubano egg roll was great, and the picture is of the Captain Jack burger, but the menu items are for a single item, no sides, which makes this place a bit pricey since you don't get a lot for your money. The food was very tasty though. Eating outdoors where the floor is made of rocks is kinda strange, but it was a good experience overall.

Heard about this place when we were at another establishment within a mile or so, everyone said the food was awesome and that we had to try it. 2 nights later and we tried it out. First of all the staff is very friendly. They told us about the menu and different specials etc. My wife got the New York steak with the rub and it was awesome, asked for medium rare and it came out medium rate and the taste was perfect, no sauce needed for flavor. I got a special, the rainbow fish, again, cooked perfectly and the serving size was great. Definitely going to come back and try out other dishes.
Their jalapeño poppers are homemade and off the hook. Everything we ordered was great, and we ordered almost everything.

We don't generally travel with our little dog. But it was Christmas. We were visiting PR for a couple of weeks, and the family was on board about not leaving her behind for that long. So we had the pleasure to bring her. She was a hit in PR. Just about everywhere we went they were super pet-friendly, except for 2 places. Shipwreck was one of them.
It is the same concept as Buena Vibra Restaurant in Cabo Rojo. It's an outdoor venue. The ground is literally gravel. Like Buena Vibra, it is clean. The decor was simple. It was late afternoon/early evening. The sun was out. We'd been hiking all day. Our little dog was tired, and we contained her in a doggy stroller (completely zipped up). However, the hostess gave us a hard time. She said she hoped we had the proper papers, etc., then proceeded to sit us in the back.
Once seated, we ordered a bottle of wine, and Mahi-Mahi Mofongo. It was delicious. When it was time to pay the bill, we were told that their credit card machine was out of service and hadn't been working all day. We feel this is something that should have been disclosed beforehand. Luckily, we had to cash to pay for the meal.
Our experience there was just meh! So I give them 3 stars.
