It was really busy when I went but still got service in a very short time. Doughnuts where okay, I tend to like my doughnuts firm, these where a little flat and the kolaches where the best, only one small detail. Wish they would pack it with more sausage and more ham. I took one bite and it was mostly bread 😂 but it was still delicious. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Best donut shop in Bryan - College Station! Besides being in business forever, their slection is vast and includes kolaches. It is a testament to their focus on donuts. Service is quick so be ready to order when it is your turn. Seating is simple and very adequate. A GREAT PLACE!! My family has always loved Shipleys but this site is the best run we have ever visited. Great staff and the absolute best sausage kolaches anywhere. No other Shipley site has their fluffy bread. I like it better than the Kolache places in town. Coffee is great, especially with a cake donut. Devils Food still my fav. Hot fresh glazed are my family's go to. My daughter wanted two things after a quick surgery this morning: rainbow donuts and kolaches. Shipleys employees over delivered with extra sprinkle donuts and a chocolate milk to hold her over. Thank you for the kindness! She's enjoying her donut flight now!

Asked for spicy kolaches... they gave me ham and cheese... all the food was fresh but not what I ordered... I even asked the lady if she had my spicy kolaches... she confirmed and still gave me the wrong food. You are able to watch them make the food. I do enjoy that! Long line but they have plenty of staff the line was moving well. Good donuts, drinks, restrooms clean, and lots of parking all the way around the building.

Well I went at the recommendation of a friend and tried their Kolaches. Not good at all. The bread was a homemade hotdog bun, dry, tasteless, and 3 times the size of the sausage. That was more the fault of the tiny sausage than the bread. I did not finish my Kolaches and left hungry. Maybe the doughnuts are worth trying but I certainly don’t recommend their Kolaches.

I have never left a bad review before as most of the time it’s one mistake and I understand it happens. However, this morning around 8:30am my boyfriend and I visited this Shipley on our way out of town and it was a horrible experience all around. First, the customer service was severely lacking and the vibe was that it was inconvenient for us to be there (should have been an indication for what was to come). Second, we asked for 9 jalapeño and cheese kolaches, but only got 7 cheese kolaches most of which were burnt and it was handed to us in a manner that it fell out of the persons hand and my boyfriend had to catch it. They also forgot our water we ordered. We frequent this particular Shipley’s often and have never had this experience there. It looks as if there may be new workers who just don’t seem to care, so be cautious.

Went in to Shipleys this morning and was instantly greeted by Veronica at the counter. She is always so kind and took the time to help my son pick his favorite donut. Of course the Donuts are always delicious. My family and I love Shipleys!
