I ordered off of uber eats and the customer service representative couldn’t fulfill our order and sent us away. He didn’t help us figure out how to cancel the order and get our money back. Absolutely pathetic service and couldn’t even offer any reconciliation for the inconvenience. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Never go here. Plenty of other locations with more respectful staff. Nothing in stock at this location 90% of the time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Y’all definitely need to hire more people. I was in the drive thru lane for 15 mins and there was only 3 cars in front of me. I’ve always had trouble with this Shipleys, I have gotten donuts with green specs of mold on them and immediately gave the donuts back they always end of saying that’s not mold it’s fresh, then what are the green specs on the donuts??? Always giving me trouble when I just want my money back after giving them their product back. I don’t know they need to be inspected.

No chocolate filling in the "Chocolate filled" donuts. I instead received plain unfilled glazed donuts. My coworker was not happy. I called ph# only to get a recording saying that "everyone is busy serving customers and try back later". Pretty frustrating when you spend someone elses money and don't bring them what they asked for. 😒 The lady at the window was polite so kudos there.

This is the only Shipleys I know that you can go to at 7:15 AM in the morning and still get cold donuts. They save day-old donuts to sale in the morning

Good Glazed Donuts and other favorite donuts. Ham and Cheese, Sasauge and Cheese, Jalpeno Sasauge and Cheese Kolochies.

It’s 12:55pm and you don’t close until 2:00pm according to Google & the Sign on your doors, I’m pulling up I see other customers at the drive up window being attended, one employee runs out yelling to me that their closed! As I start to pull away I see more cars pulling in but their not being told anything, (so your open for them but not for me?) lol., ok. I guess it happens when your managers are not very motivated to to take care of customers, This place is a joke!, so now I’m 1/4-mile away at TacoCabana about to receive 14 breakfast tacos in less time than it took your employee to run out and lie to me about being closed so the crew could hopefully get off early on a Sunday, No problem but everything has a price you should know that, I’ll give you an other chance to screw it all up again in a few days we’ll see how many of these 1 star reviews it takes to start pulling your averages down where they belong.
