Gas pumps extremely slow, plan to sit for 15 min while you’re waiting to fill up…Otherwise a clean shop.

Pumps and card readers are constantly broke. Staff is less than helpful. Can’t wait until the new gas station opens. Maybe the competition will give this place a much needed kick in the pants.

Not much to say, it's a gas station. Pump equipment is updated with secure card payments. The inside is clean and well stocked with typical convince store fare. Staff is friendly. My kids always beg me to go there and buy Icees.

Would rate a 0 if I could. Been coming here for a week and buying the same frozen drinks. Store clerk double charged me on my drink today. Wouldn't make a price change since this wasnt the first time I had purchased these and had been being charged wrong before. Instead started to argue with me and told me it wasnt his fault he wasnt the one who was miss charging me last week. Horrible customer service

I seem to always find Shell to have the lowest gas prices in the area and work with one of the higher quality gas stations in Erie.

So today I left my debit card laying on the counter the amazing employee made an effort to run me down before I left and give me my card back it's nice to know you higher quality employees that care enough to be honest and go the extra step thank him and thank you Shelll I apologize for not getting his name

Good luck getting a pump to work
Screens are all awful. Times out, won't read card and just restarts constantly

Of the 4 employees working only 1 had a mask on. The guys behind the register had no mask or gloves or any care to be wearing them. Pretty scary considering the amount of food they prepare also.
