The employees were very nice. We aren't from around here, so this store's organization was confusing at first. They seemed generally well-stocked. Other customers were very polite and tolerant of our slowness due to our elderly family member shopping with us.
I plan to come here again.

Pricey compared to competitors, some good deals if you clip coupons from the app. Clean store

The pharmacy never answers the phone and when you call customer service you get spoken to rudely and hung up on.

This is a good supermarket. Not nearly as crazy, zooey, as the Hannaford at topsham fair mall. Good prices on certain things, however groceries are expensive right now. Sometimes there is not enough cashiers on the line. They have a great rewards program when you sign up.

Store looks clean, organic produce is fresher than other chain but that's where it stops. No help available, often out of sale items, have go thru so many hoops to get sale prices, it's not worth it. Then 9x out of 10, I get charged the wrong price anyway & spend forever standing in customer service line to get refunds. Just not worth all the extra time & effort to shop here. Not coming back.

What a sense of warmth and good energy this place exudes! The owners are friendly and helpful. The shop itself is a feast for the eyes and senses. The addition of really good coffee is a big bonus! I had an iced honeycomb latte that hit the spot. I'll definitely be coming back.

Large supermarket, good variety, surprisingly large ethnic foods section. Most of the produce is good but you have to check for freshness. Also, shop the sales here vs Hannaford. I switch week to week. Updating the review. All still good but I will stress it's worth signing up for their rewards program. Their online coupons can save you real money.

Bravo for putting a sign up to let people know that monopolizing of the can and bottle return will not be excepted. How about a timer that you press when you start to do your deposits and when the timer goes off you go to the back of the line and the next person steps up to do their deposits before pressing the timer : )

I was shopping here on New years eve day. I couldn't find a few products and was walking aimlessly around the store. This extremely nice gentleman named Tom saw me and asked if I needed help. He took the time to help me look and find exactly the items I needed. Probably the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. 5 stars isn't enough to rate the service I got that day at Shaws!
