I went for a birthday brunch and our server Krissy was EXCELLENT! She was so sweet, attentive, had great recommendations, and gave us the best possible experience. I highly recommend the pretzel bites and crab cakes!

We arrived without reservations and we're met by a not so friendly greeterwho acted like she was doing us a big favor by finding us a table. As we were escorted to a table we couldn't help but notice many empty tables. We were told we could only stay two hours. When the two hours were up we were kind of rushed out even though we counted 15 empty tables. Was our money not good enough?. I remember when Sharrott was just a small winery. Back then they knew the meaning of customer service
It's a shame that they have grown so big that the customer doesn't seem to matter any longer. We won't be back any time soon

I planned a surprise birthday party for my cousin. I called probably 10 times asking questions 🤣🤣🤣... they answered each one with a smile and even was very helpful and understanding when the birthday girl was running behind.... we HAD AN AMAZING TIME LAST NIGHT WITH THE WINERY EXPERIENCE * have a little snack before you do it though .... I felt flushed by my 3rd choice lol I can't remember our sommelier name but she had short hair and taught us a big group about a lot of stuff lol... we got a table after and our waiter James was amazing as well.... I will definitely be returning back here!!!!!!!

We went 30 min before closing for wine tasting to get a bottle they wouldn't even let us do that said last call was 30 min before closing! Last call in most places is 15 min before closing

I was at the Winter Wine tasting this weekend.
John was our Sommelier. He was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to our likes and dislikes and then customized our selections based on our feedback.
Also, the live entertainment was top notch. There was a Dad and Daughter Pianist/Soloist group that was nothing but professional. They curtailed their repertoire to the crowd, took requests and really made our lunch quite enjoyable.
Speaking of lunch… The food is AMAZING! Our server Jeremy went above and beyond.
Everything was super fresh. All of the flavor profiles really thought through thoroughly.
All I can say is… The restaurant area of this winery opened in 2018. I just want to know, where have I been??
The icing on the cake was that Larry Sharrott, Jr. visited our table and just warmly spent time with us sharing stories and answering our questions.
Everyone from the time we arrived until the time we left was more than wonderful.
I can’t wait to go back. Strongly recommend patronizing this business. YOU WILL NOT be disappointed!

After both my sister and I took 2 hours each to get ready, and I drove 1.5 hour each way (3 hours total), for an RSVP for 3 at 8p.m. - your manager, Cheryl and 2 other staff were behind the front desk, stared us down when we walked in. I counted at least 6 empty tables - but they refused to seat us and said there were no tables available. I asked to sit at the empty tables; we were told they wouldn't he able to serve us before closing at 9:30. We changed our RSVP from 7:30 to 8p.m. and if that was unacceptable management should have advised. RSVP was paid in advance and we were told we had to stand at the bar for our tasting of 1.5 hours. ALYSSA was the ONLY professional and courteous staff. We only stayed because we paid in advance. GOOD to know in advance. I would never tolerate my wedding guests being treated so disrespectfully. Thankfully we visited prior to booking due to your management's lacking capabilities to manage simple RSVP's and blatant intentional rudeness and basic courtesy. You should know that Skeeters Pub in Blackwood, NJ was open later with fantastic welcoming staff, great food, wine and MUCH better music. RSVP's + a 3 hour drive and told by management we could not be seated and had to stand for 1.5 hour. 🫵👎Fail
