Apparently: The burger came out misshapen and with cheese only. I checked with them and was told that they all come out with sauce. The burger was very dry. I had to keep dumping ketchup on it and drinking my milkshake in order to get it down. It's kind of strange because I have been to another shake shack and had none of these issues. It is a little busy. I only saw one table get wiped down. There was a bit of trash on the floor. The fries were good and the vanilla shake was good. Denise was with me and she liked her burger. However, she likes hers dry. Although we didn't request no sauce. So, I guess they got it 60% correct. I won't eat here again and cannot recommend it. There is another Shake Shack in Cherry Hill. Near the NJ Turnpike. It is always a great place to eat. And it's much busier than this one in Marlton. So, I don't understand why it's so different. I guess that they should probably work on having a consistent product. And delivering a better product. I spent $47 and change on two double cheeseburgers two small fries and a small drink and a small vanilla shake. It's a bit much for what we received. I actually would have preferred McDonald's to this particular Shake Shack. I usually write favourable reviews. In this case I just can't. I have to tell you this way it was for us. Chill atmosphere, lot of seating, nice employees. The burger, however, was so bad. Both the bread & the burger meat were mildly soggy. The flavoring was ok at best. I could feel it upsetting my stomach as I ate it. Fries were nice and crunchy, though Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Better for take out. The food is fine. It was clean. No service issues. Eating there spoils the experience. It's noisy, drafty and uncomfortable. Didn't see any big tables, in the main area anyway. Got a double cheese burger with bacon and a chocolate malted shake. I thought the burger came with fries, but it did not. Bill was just over $20, kind of crazy for one burger and a shake. But the flavor was spot on. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great place for delicious burgers, although I do love the hot dogs too! We tried the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the burgers and cheese fries are the best. They also have amazing milkshakes. Service is good, they seem to have a good system in getting the food out. Definitely one of our favorite places!! Shake Shack is the best "fast food" that exists. Their meat blend for their burgers is perfect. Their cooking technique for making the burgers is perfect. The use obviously fresh ingredients. You taste the quality in every bite. It doesn't matter what you order, burger, chicken sandwich, shakes and fries, it's all the best you can get at that convenience. I get excited every time I get the chance to eat at Shake Shack and I always have trouble deciding which delicious thing to get that visit. 10/10 only thing that comes close is 5 guys and 5 guys is a 6/10 in comparison so not that close. *UPDATE* June 11th, 2021 I got a delicious chicken avocado sandwich lettuce wrap without the bun the chicken was really good & with the avocado made it twice as delicious with some cheese fries on the side! Picked up in a timely manner and the staff gave me an extra cheese 😃 I recommend trying that chicken avocado sandwich with the bun or without lettuce wrap option is the best in my opinion. ————————- Pricey number one and number two there burgers are way to greasy my boyfriend said. I ordered a malt shake chocolate it was really good. The crinkle cut fries are delicious with the cheese dip on the side. Everything was great but the double burger and I wouldn’t have liked a greasy burger either. I also ordered online and it came to $19 I mean that is a bit pricey for three things. You shouldn’t have to pay for whipped cream on your milkshake either I think whipped cream can be free like many other places just my personal opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️

AVOID HERE, just ordered here with 2 friends for take out, Took everything home we take a bite and the taste is off only to find avocado brown and almost rotten with the skin left on, lettuce that was almost a slimy mess and burger patties that where both burnt and somehow under cooked. 2 of us have been throwing up. Food comes out quickly and the counter help is friendly. I just don't think you get what you pay for. We paid $30 for 2 sandwiches, fry and a shake. The burger is not very thick so definitely get a double. The avocado chicken sandwich was better than the Shack Stack we got. Nothing was bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
