This was our first time trying out Shake Shack as we are from Canada. The whole experience was amazing! The manager (I’m assuming) helped me pick which shake to buy. She was very friendly. The ordering system was great and the place was inviting and clean. The food was INCREDIBLE! So flavourful, hot and crispy! We will definitely be back!! Let me start by saying I have been going to shake shack prior to the chain opening in. Michigan. This location on big Beaver Road just west of I 75 is the closest location to me. It’s on the north side of big Beaver Road right next to Morton’s steakhouse. This is about the fourth time I’ve been here. The service has never been anything but stellar. For those of you who have not been here it is semi-fast food style. You walk up and order your food. The fare is hamburgers cooked on a flat top, Vienna hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and the most delicious crinkle cut fries you’ll ever eat! I like this place and so will you! 👍😊❤️

Love the burgers and especially the always fresh buns. The crinkle fries are just okay, but the reason I rarely eat here is the pop is almost $4, while the burgers start at $6. My last bill for me and my 2 kids (no kids meals here) was $27 until I added 3 drinks and it shot up to over $40. Also tables and floor are usually dirty - needs to be much cleaner for what they charge.
