Worst restaurant I have ever been in my life. The taste was so-so. The server got our order wrong and no apology. He did not provide much service and repeatedly asked for tips, which was annoying. I asked for a receipt for my company and was told he could not send it until the next day. I waited until the next day, but of course it never arrived. When I called to confirm, I was told they would send it the next day, but it never arrived. When I called on the next day, I was told that they could not make a receipt without the receipt. In conclusion, I would never recommend this service to anyone except Moroccans who live in Kenitra. This restaurant is for Moroccans with time on their hands who don't mind this kind of interaction and stress. It should not be used for business. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great decoration but sadly very bad customer service.. the waitress was very rude for no reason. Also very expensive options.

It's very expensive for what it is. For reference, it is more expensive than Casa Jose. Too many waiters, and an old inefficient ordering system (just paper). They forgot a part of the order 😑. Not going back here. Giving them two stars for the live music.
