We went there to enjoy the view of the lake and eat dinner. We got something different than we ordered, same as 2 tables next to us. After we wanted the bill they added to the price of every dish more than in the menu. When we started to argue they still said that the price is the same on the menu, so we showed them and told them that they cheated us. They didn't have any problem, and didn't treat us seriously till the moment when one Turkish man asked for details and after seeing the menu forced them to write the correct bill.
It is really a pity that you come to discover Turkey and enjoy time there and you get cheated. I was supposed to pay 410 lira, and they wanted 500 lira. When I wanted to count on their calculator they didn't agree. Other people had bigger differences and this Turkish man forced the employees of the restaurant to give them money back. So I see this was a normal situation with cheating and hoping that nobody would force them to give back money.
They totally don't know what the service looks like, and moreover, they will take advantage to cheat you. Food isn't worth it's money, even at honest prices, and it is not worth all the stress you have while arguing with somebody who treats you as a stupid tourist.

Muhteşem bir manzarada rezalet bir işletmecilik. Verdiğimiz serpme kahvaltı siparişinde ürünlerin kalitesi kesinlikle kötüydü. Çalışanlar ilgisizdi, tuvaletler kirliydi ve sabun bile yoktu. Türkiye’de turizmin Ege sahillerinden ve İstanbul’dan çıkıp Karadeniz’e yayılması için Karadeniz’de yaygın olan buna benzer kötü hizmet veren yerlerin kesinlikle elden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. 2 yıldız vermemin tek nedeni ise Sera Gölü’nün eşsiz manzarasından kaynaklı…
Went there for the paddling in the lake, was fun but short as the lake is tiny 😄, the team were welcoming.
Didn't try the food here though.
The price is 100 lira for half an hour, the paddling boat takes 4 adults.

Muhteşem bir gölün yanında kurulan güzel bir tesis. Hizmeti olsun yemekleri olsun sunum olsunçok güzel. Tek eksiği ,o da mekandan dolayı değil, gölün kenarı sadece yol tarafından gezilebiliyor, kıyı tarafından gezilmemesi büyük dezavantaj. Ailecek ve sınıf gibi toplulukla gidilebilir. Öğrencilere sağlanan yardım çok güzeldi. Trabzon da kesinlikle gezilmesi gereken bir mekan
