A literal "hidden" gem in Silang. It is away from the main road, and hence, you'd probably need to waze it out to get there. The food is tasty, and the servings are quite plentiful. I also love the fact that there is free bread + pate as an appetizer; makes the feel of the restaurant more welcoming.
The food is kinda pricey though, but rest assured the serving sizes are there to guarantee it.

Had to stop for gas along Iba Road, Silang, Cavite on our way to Indang. Surprisingly clean, food is good and reasonably priced. Plant based meals available in the menu. Vegetable paella is yummy. Who knows you can be in Spain while in Cavite. Definitely a good stop. Open only wed-sun.

This place in the heart of Silang, Cavite is a must visit. If you happen to be in the area, they have great food using only quality ingredients. Superb service and food. Surely, you will definitely enjoy their food with wine. My visit is always worth it!
Visited the place around 2pm on a Sunday, and the whole place was ours. Although the place is beside a gasoline station, actually its inside the station), the ambience when you get inside is sophisticated. We ordered the set meal and we finished everything...paella valenciana, the first 4 viands in the menu. I think the churros is too light. Still a very nice place to visit
The place has a nice ambiance. A good place to eat and relax after plant hunting at Silang. Food is great as well, tried their pizza and it was good. Will definitely go back to this place.
Señor dela O's complimentary appetizer of liver spread and generous serving of hot bread is unforgettable. They serve one for each pax!
We ordered the group set with Paella, beefsteak and callos. Unfortunately, the main courses are underwhelming. The paella is made with basmati rice, which to me ruined the dish because it now has the texture and smell of rice stored for a long time. The callos tastes so different compared to what we had in other restaurants. The meat is rubbery, the dish, in general, is oily and swimming in gravy. The beef steak is ok.
But the interior is intriquing, especially their washroom. The decor are worthy of a snapshot.
We will be back for the bread and liver spread, though.

Love spanish cuisine?! Want to experience fine dining table setting in a spanish mediteranian cusine restaurant?
As we explore off road shortcuts of SILANG CAVITE to get away from the traffic and busy streets of National Highway heading Tagaytay City, We felt the rush of checking in our hotel by 5pm. Everyone is hungry so as we look for a place or restaurant that we can eat lunch together with SUESHI, our dog pet's name. As we enter the restaurant, we ask permission to the restaurant owner if we can dine with our pet. Surprisingly the owner also a dog lover so he allow us to dine with SUESHI.. Happy and blessed finding a fine dining restaurant that allow pets inside! As a show of respect to the owner , we have SUESHI in the dining table and yet inside his dog carrier.
What a memorable lunch.!
