I am satisfied with this outlet today. I love how the staff decorate my shinjunku bake. Came here often, last few times the services are okay but today better. Poor Service , sitting about half an hour nobody serve with MENU . Self service walk to cashier request QR code menu , they ask you sit down and waiting for them to serve . VERY POOR BRANCH MANAGEMENT HANDLING. Dine in more terrible service after submitted order , wait for half an hour , staff come to inform you all staff and only one chef are buzy , THEY ARE UNABLE to FUFILL ORDER . So TERPAKSA CANCEL order. Pergi makan di kedai lain lol . Secret recipe Mantin kerja macam take ada boss take care customer .Tak nak business boleh tutup business. Dinner time 5pm they said not able to receive order . Every staff buzy , barang barang , makanan bersepah messy on the table and counter so they inform you cannot Cook. Boss kalau kekurangan kaki tangan , pls apoint more chef . Your staff complaint to customer said Tak ada kaki tangan Tak ada orang masak . This outlet is a cosy little place with very few patrons. The food is similar to all other SR but with a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. They serve with a smile and that makes my day... so yes, I will take this 20-minute scenic route again to enjoy another round of tea, pie and cake here.
