Food was big portion. The asam steam fish is nice but the red fish that we ordered was not fresh. The texture was firm and hard. The rest of the food was average. The Milin vege was not spicy eventhough was cooked with sambal belacan. 😅 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The price is slight high or acceptable range. Meanwhile, the foods tastes ok but once found the better replacement then this one no longer a good choice. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Location was good, near the Miri waterfront. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was tasty! I especially love the salted egg prawns. Too bad I got the 2 sour drink when I specifically ordered 3 sour. That was the only downer. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

One star for the air conditioning facilities and that’s all. Ordered 1. Asam fish Weird that every fish is rm80/kg, looks like it’s purposely priced for tourist 🤔, when I went to another restaurant they have all sorts of prices for different types of fish as they should. After taking into advice of one of the commentators that complimented asam fish is nice so we decided to give a try and it turned out the asam has only sour watery taste. 😬 fish is fresh tho 2. Salad sauce tofu rm15 small Overfried, it’s a shame because the homemade tofu is actually nice. 3. Salted egg sotong rm30 medium Weird taste that I can’t explain, it’s very different from original salted egg sotong, avoid it at all cost, even from the pic, you can tell that the colour is wrong. 4. Only came here due to other restaurants are fully booked, perhaps my experience this time explained why there is many empty seats left for peak hours 😬

Average restaurant. Food are served cold. Broccoli is not cooked at all, sea cucumbers are not fresh. Prawns are good though, the only dish that we are satisfied

S portion was huge, be prepared to really eat n do justice. Stir fried dried chili Ambal was on the chewy sandy side, sauce was kinda sweet. Stir fried 3 veg was bland. Hot n Sour Soup was nice. Waiter needs more PR. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food was fresh, fast serving with affordable price. We arrive around 6+ not many people, the lady who took our order not too friendly may due to we are not local. However she is the only poor attitude the rest was good. Environment was bright and clean. Plenty of car park here. Credit card accepted.

The fried skill is good. Can taste the wok flavor. However a little bit too salty for me. Or maybe the dishes I ordered are all strong flavor. I should order plain rice instead of order fired rice. Next time may give this restaurant another chance. Total around RM 6x.

Food was mid: fish isn’t fresh 5/10 and we wanted a small size.. soup was not good at all 0/10, vege 5/10, pork knucle 9/10, pork ribs 10/10. It was mid-autumn festival, though it was almost fully booked they still allow us to sit outside and staff was friendly!

Sea Village serves very good, authentic, no nonsense and reasonably priced Chinese food. What more can you ask for? I especially like their deep fried sweet & sour fish and the local vegetable dishes. This restaurant is very popular among the locals and the expat community. It used to occupy a corner shop lot but the business has since expanded and they've now occupied the ground floors of several shop lots. Even with more tables added they're able to maintain their food quality and their service. They are also open during lunch time but best to call and book a table if you plan to go at night during the weekend. I would have gladly given the restaurant 5 stars if not for 2 small issues. The first is the lack of car parks especially at night during the weekend when it gets very busy. And 2nd, the flies. It's not nice to dine when there is a fly buzzing around. I do hope the restaurant can do something about those buggers.
