My business uses Satire once a month for a networking group and time and time again they deliver on a space with fantastic food, beer, and service! From Todd to Amy to the rest of the great staff they are always fantastic. We had a chance last night to use the Moose room for an event and the space was great, the food and drinks were delicious as always! The reason I continue to bring people in time and time again is the outstanding service and accommodations each and every time! Make sure you give them a shot if you’re in the Thornton area looking for a place. Don’t forget to support local!!

Fabulous service. The pearanoid and raisin of insanity were fantastic, as was the hot schlong. A lot of love and passion goes into this brewery. I got the feeling that our political views didn’t align, but it never came up, and I appreciated that. Just good service and good beer.

Stopped by for the first time this afternoon. The vibe is wonderful, staff was very helpful, and everything on the menu has fun names and descriptions. They have deliciously inventive beers. I was able to try seven of them, and they were all great. I particularly loved their peach cream ale, brown ale, and butterbeer. The meats and sausages were extremely tasty, but we really loved their "loaded squirrels" (baked breads filled with deliciousness). They ended up being very filling. I can't wait to go back.

We're on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don't be afraid to try the food, it's not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! If you are in the area, definitely stop here at least once!

Hidden gem offering a variety of brews. This quaint place offers some tongue-in-cheek beers like the recommended “Pump the Monkey” Hefeweizen. I can’t help but giggle with food offerings like “loaded squirrels” which amounts to stuffed bread bites. You have to stop by to taste it for yourself.

I’ve had some fantastic brews from the awesome folks at Satire whenever they would pop-up at Rumble Boxing. Their sour beer was phenomenal. Friday was the first time I visited their actual location and I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the space is, and how deep their beer selection is. The “Raspberry Raccoon” was delicious.

Great beer choices! Great atmosphere! Convenient location just minutes from I-25 & 120th Avenue. They have a nice back room that can accommodate some small groups and they were working on an expansion space. And you can visit the distillery next door as well.

Had no expectations walking in. Felt a little confused at first, but wow! Great people, great beers, great food. Unfortunately I could only try a few, but the stout, IPA and lager I tried were all phenomenal.

My wife and I have enjoyed Satire a few times so we invited some friends to join us. No patio tonight. Snow!!!! Thank you so much. Our group of 10 had a wonderful night at Satire. As we were getting ready to leave one of our group experienced a medical issue (we are senior citizens LOL) our awesome server all night - a family member of the owner we believe, was quite patient and helpful as we resolved the problem so we could safely take our friend with the issue out the back door. We appreciate the kindness we were shown as we worked toward a solution.
