Went there for the very first time recently. You can either do a paid valet or park at the garage for free. This place is located on the top floor of the hotel. I would recommend making reservations as they don’t have much space. If you can get a table next to the window you will appreciate the setting even more. This place is crowded and tables are very close to each other. One thing I did not like was I would very easily hear the conversations of people on both sides of our table and we were almost touching elbows. Food is above average but nothing very exciting. The menu is divided into small plates and large plates. I was disappointed in the quantity of food in their large plate. On a positive note, their drinks were really good. Service was very slow but was courteous. Overall I have mixed feelings about this place. I may go back there at some point in a year or so. I would suggest trying out other options before going there. You can get far more value at other Naperville restaurants. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

We had our girls’ Christmas brunch here. The staff was super fun, nice, and very helpful! From the host to servers, they made us feel they are very happy working here. We came for the ambiance and views, but all our food and drinks were great! We got so loud at times, but the space is nicely configured out that we didn’t bother the other customers. Let me start by saying that the atmosphere at Santo Cielo is amazing. Besides the awesome rooftop views of the Naperville area, the vibes are tastefully upscale and trendy. Oysters and ceviche make good starters, so do the steamed bao. Gnocchi with short rib are a stellar entree. Cocktails are strong and creative, service is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place for date night or small groups! Fantastic food, service and view! This is a great place to go for some unique cocktails and bites and also to get an amazing overlook of downtown Naperville. It's sensational both during the day and in the evening. There are a variety of small plates and appetizers to share. Their homemade focaccia bread is to die for and a must to be included with any meal. They also rotate their cocktails seasonally so there's always something new to try. A tasty spot for a good meal. They have a ton of different options in all sorts of flavors. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The service was excellent and the prices are fair for what you get. The coffee was also excellent. Ok food does not make up for very poor service. I went here with friends. There were maybe 3 other tables that had people seated and then us. 4 of us ordered the same thing, with mine having 1 exception- no bacon. They messed up my order and made it with bacon, but assured me that a new one was "just behind" the others. About 30 or so minutes later my dish still hadn't been brought out and there were no updates from our server. I went to find her and found a different server who informed her. She came a few more minutes later and informed me that they had to remake the whole thing (which she said with a bit of an attitude). At this point everyone had eaten, so I canceled my order. I still did not know how long it would be, and I did not want to pay $20 to eat a meal by myself. She simply said she would remove it from the check. I understand if someone messes it up and you have to remake a dish. I do not know why it took so long, but if that is how long it takes to make the dish she should've came over and told me it would be 30+ minutes to get my food and see if I wanted an alternative item. She also could've said "im sorry its taking so long, we will comp your dish." OR comp it and ask if I wanted it in a to go box after I canceled the order (I am pretty sure I saw her throwing it out as we were getting up to leave).
