I give one star for the location, if I could give none, I will. we arrived to the restaurant at 8.15pm. and the waitress said, we will close if we didn’t get another reservation(not us). And then they took us to the table, we looking at the menu? The waitress start to say, we don’t have so many ingredient. And hurry us to order the food because the kitchen will close at 8.30pm.
And also the food. we order 5 dishes but get only 4, and 2 dishes were ok but the other 2 is bad.
And the service is so bad.

Left without eating. We read the reviews about the slow food, but did not imagine it to be this bad. When we arrived 2 tables outside with 4 customers each and one table inside with 6 customers had not received any food yet. However, after waiting for 45 minutes for our food, we realized that not only none of the other tables had been served, but the table next to us, that already received food, was still waiting for two more dishes.
When we tried to leave, we were told that we were still queue number 3.
Two stars only for the location and the service that tried their best. This restaurant has potential, but the kitchen is either understaffed or requires an organizational overhaul.
Fresh food, fairly priced. They have a parking supporter in front of the Restaurant. The music which was played at our night was smooth and in an optimal loudness. You can sit outside straight at the Chao Phraya. The staff is friendly and young. The dishes looked and good, if you want to go for fish/sea food this is a good choice. Enjoy
This is my first visit to Chainat and my first visit to this restaurant which is nicely perched along the Chao Phraya river with a calm serene view. We arrived around หกโมงครึ่งเย็น ( 6:30pm ), parking space was still available, which I was informed that parking space could be an issue. This means this restaurant must be a popular joint in town.
The sun was about to descend when we started ordering our dishes. We had 4 dishes and a bottle of wine to keep our conversation flowing through the night. Pipe-in restaurant music to keep the tranquil mood intact.
As dark descended on the horizon of the Chao Phraya bridge, the view underneath the pillars of the bridge was lighted up brightly along with streetlights. It was awesomely beautiful and serene view….. now I know why it is a popular joint for the locals to come hang out here.
Foods was averagely good and price was reasonable. Overall, this is an excellent place to meet and have dinner together with the river view at night that detoxes all the negativity & work pressure of the day.
Hosted dinner here for ten people and it only cost 3200 thb. Affordable and delicious food. They recently upgraded their menu to include more photos and English translation.
