Service by our waiter was great, quick and attentive. My ribeye Steak was decent but not seasoned evenly - some parts were overly salted and other parts no salt. The cook was fine and what I asked for. The brussel sprouts were good. The margarita was overly sweet. The tropical sangria tasted like a piña colada so a little misleading but it was good. Also had the rattlers as an appetizer which were the star of the entire meal. Overall, a decent meal but other than the rattler appetizer, not impressed. This was one of my best experiences at a Saltgrass Steakhouse. The service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the Pat’s Ribeye and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My mashed potatoes were perfect as well. My salad was fresh and crisp with just the right amount of balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I will hopefully be able to return to this Saltgrass location. Steak was cooked wrong they took it back. Brought me a complete new order. They were so professional no one else does this We were there to have a going away for my grandson. He was headed back to Japan in the military hadn't seen him In 2 years. Thank you Salt Grass for making it wonderful. Book a table for an a n anniversary a month head of time the table we were supposed to have was booked so instead they sat us in the private event room. Took an hour an a half to get drinks and appetizers then the manager comes and tells us we have to move they bring our salads and don't serve them saw we got to stare at our salads for ten mins before they moved us. Sure hope my dinner wasn't sitting in the back under a heat lamp. Too much money being spent to be treated like this. The manager apologized but we still had to move 13 people. I'll contact corporate about this unprofessional behavior. Feel sorry for the staff but the manager needs further training on courtesy.staff was excellent food was great once we received it. It’s Saltgrass. Usually consistent. Server quality can drastically differ from trip to trip. This locations bread is very light colored and different than other locations not sure how I feel about it. I come here just for the Brussels sprouts, they are phenomenal. The homemade ranch is delicious too, I always get a side of ranch with the bread and dip my bread in it. Weird, I know. Some of the lunch specials aren’t a bad deal cost wise but adding a salad was supposed to cost $2.99 per the menu and they charged me $3.99; it’s $1 but I don’t like when the menu and bill don’t match up. Pat’s ribeye lunch is usually my fav but I ventured out and tried the ground beef steak and it’s so good as well the side of sauce with it and tried the chicken fried chicken which is delicious also. I e gotten the steak kabob lunch a few times and the rice it comes with us so delicious but the steak bites are never cooked to the correct requested temperature so I’ve given up ordering that. My hubs like the ground beef steak with the cheese and tomatoes on top and he loves their sweet potato fries, he almost always gets them. I didn’t like the loaded mashed potatoes, they were dry and lacking flavor - I won’t get those again. The regular mashed are creamy and silky and delicious though. The homemade croutons are so amazing and I don’t like crotons usually. We came in to try happy hour. So glad we did! We usually do Julia’s every Wednesday night but we were getting bored so looking for options. The happy hour specials are great and the half priced appetizers during happy hour is a great selection. We had the shrimp cocktail which had ginormous delicious shrimp with a homemade tasting cocktail sauce and some really fresh pico in the middle. So good! Dip your shrimp and put the pico on top and yummmm. We had the rattlers, I don’t like them, I don’t like the canned jalapeños- use fresh jalapeños and it would be phenomenal - I wouldn’t get those again. The steak bites were over cooked per our order - I would’ve get those again, they’re just ok and the onions they sit on were so oily. Y’all, the crab cakes though…..OH EM GEE, they are stellar! I will be back very shortly for more of those, the shrimp cocktail, and the crab stack! I got the Texas Tea $7 cocktail and it was very refreshing. Today the bread was the normal color and taste, it was great.

WORST ever. Steak was cooked wrong, nobody asked for me to check before walking off. Wife ordered a salad, soup and onion strings that her and the waitress talked about in detail about how good they are! NO Onion Strings came. We finished our meal and waited 15 more min for a total time of around 1 hour. Still no Onion strings. My son and I ordered a Steak & Shrimp, Bake potato and salad and had eaten it all and still no onion strings for wife. She ordered them to eat along side her soup as a meal because she doesn't eat much to begin with. Our glasses of drinks got empty a few times waiting on food and during eating. Had to argue with the manager about my REWARDS POINTS, I gave him my number and he came back to the table and said I didn't have any. I pulled my app and showed him. I had just gotten them and this was our birthday meal and told him this fact. You would think a manager would make a select member happy and take care of this issue. Had to ask the manager for my bill because the waitress had disappeared. The bill that took 10-15 min. Still not gotten wife's onion strings and no reason provided. Bill came they where on it and still didn't take it off for my points. We had planned on ordering 3 pieces of Carrot Cake but was so pissed we just left. This was the worst experience eating at a Saltgrass ever. The total lack of respect and urgency to make the customer happy started at the Top and was evident to the bottom. Complete incompetence I would call a employee meeting and have everyone there on notice this can not happen. This reflects the judgment of the ownership. We pay crazy amounts to enjoy a meal out this days and nothing but the best experience is expected. I don't care if it's here or McDonald's. I had 367,870 views last month and over 1.5 million total view. I hope this is read by all of them! "Your money, Your time, Get it right or I will call you on it. The chicken fried steak is excellent. The batter the steak ratio is on point. The asparagus is good, although I wish I would have got the fried asparagus the smoke macaroni and cheese is great and I had some of my wives salmon and that was tremendous. Food was delicious but for the amount of folks there came out a little slow.. but was made PERFECTLY.. so didn't mind the wait. A little mix up on the ticket because waiter didn't give us correct info.. had to get up and ask others to chase him down to get a box to go and get the ticket question answered.. hence the 4 instead of 5 and hence his 15 percent tip instead of 20 or 25.
