The vibe here is awesome with cool decor. Perfect spot to step out of your comfort zone and dive into some amazing eats.The white truffle oil sauces are on another level. The pork gua baos are seriously top-notch, and don't even get me started on the house cocas – they're a taste bud party. We're totally digging this spot!

The place is amazing, well decor hidden spot in Caguas! Valeria was an amazing server which paid attention to details, and anticipated our needs. The bartender made amazing drinks as well! We went on a Friday and there was live music which gives it a nice little touch 💙 Can't wait to go back!

Everything was perfect! I tried different tapas, cocktails and dessert and all were delicious. Went before 6pm and the place was empty, so no parking issues and the service was fast and friendly. Average cocktails cost are about $13 but worth every penny.

Beef Sliders
4 tapas was the perfect amount of food for 2 people for dinner. Service was so quick! We had the dumplings, sliders, short rib bao, and goat cheese brushetta. We had been here a year and a half ago for brunch which was great as well so coming back for dinner made sense. The ambience is different at night, in a good way. It's a cool date night feel. Not too crowded, music is hip and upbeat but not loud or getting in the way of conversation. We used some of the goat cheese dip on the burger sliders which was tasty too. We will come back here and try out the desserts sometime. Definitely recommend!

Appetizers were delicious. Pasta with chicken too. However, to extreme surprise and disappointment, my medium churrasco was salty, overcooked, dry, but served in a bed of water from my side vegetables. Sadly, it was inedible. Based on the rest of the food, I would give it another try. ☹️

It was a mixed experience. Granted, we were a large group, 13. We arrived on time for our reservation. Only the bartender and a single waiter were visible. He came around about 10 to 15 min after our arrival (we sat in a reserved table with 13 chairs). Three other couples on separate tables. We ordered drinks and tapas. Drinks gradually arrived about 15 min later. Beers on bare bottles, cold glass only upon request. Some drinks had to be reordered, waiter forgot them. An ordered DRAFT beer was not available, so the waiter took it upon himself to bring a different beer from the same brewery, IN A BOTTLE, ALREADY OPENED!! 🥴. I was gracious and accepted it.
About 30 min. after ordering the waiter came to inform that some of the ordered dishes were not available.🤬
Tapas slowly trickled in about 45 min after order was placed. WOW,THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!! 😮 The only exception was the soup. it honored the restaurant's name...SALADO! One of the customers could only eat the solids. The other downed it only while expressing how salty it was. It is noteworthy that the soup was served with no spoon. It required 2 different additional requests to get one, the second punctuated with a message that the soup was getting cold...
Not only the tapas wewe outstanding. We had dishes served with mamposteao risotto that is the best risotto I have EVER tasted. 💕 The same goes for the truffles risotto.
Also the roasted octopus and the tuna tartar merits an exceptional mention. 👏
The restaurant needs to put it's act together. Recipes are brilliant but the kitchen output needs revamping. The waiter needs basic training...no serving trays anywhere to be seen. Water glasses for 13 were brought to the table precariously 4 by 4... 4 trips back and forth just for water!🥵
He gets 2 stars only because he regularly supplied water refills regularly.😏

This place was a surprise. Food, Service and the atmosphere was great. They had live music which was a plus. Only down side is that the parking can get full quickly. But very good concept. One of the Top restaurant in Caguas.

Coffee Creme Brûlée
The cocktails and food are simply delicious. Ny husband and I go regularly to take time off from the routine. Favorite foods are the tuna tartare, chorizos pomarola and truffle fries. Favorite cocktails are all of them. The atmosphere is super cute too specially if you get to seat on the sofas. Service is mostly very good too. Just a couple of times we have had indifferent servers.
