I recently visited Sal’s, it was just up from my hotel which is another story. The food at Sal’s was excellent. She was open at 6am which was perfect. I had the bake and salt fish and bake and fish it was absolutely delicious. The serving was generous. For lunch I had Pelau, callaloo and stewed chicken, and my highlight curry crab and dumplings. My word it was absolutely divine. The prices are affordable at least a 1/3 less than most establishments in the vicinity. Sal’s is a great place with a friendly atmosphere although I did not stay to dine. 👍🏾👍🏾 Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my absolute favorite local food haven. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Sal is always efficient, happy and polite. Highly Recommended!
