Very nice late lunch experience. The food was very good. Veggie bean burger was flavorful. Salmon was good. Chicken quesadilla was good.
The staff was very helpful.
I want to come back in the morning and try their coffee.

Carne Frita Con Mofongo
A real gem. My family and I were doing the Mukaro cave tour via Tanama River adventures ( which I also recommend). When we were done we asked where was a good place to eat and the guide (Mariel) told us about Sabores. The food was very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable and they were very attentive. If you're visiting the area, I recommend you try it. For us being from the mainland we found it to be a real treat.

Great food and service! The atmosphere there is perfect, good music and decorations. Tried the "mofongo con longaniza" and it was very good. Also, their fresh juices are great!

Best food we have had in PR in two trips! Fastest service we have ever had on the island by a long shot. Everything was served with a friendly face! Black bean burger was delicious and the fries homemade and super crispy. Longoniza and beans was super yummy!
In a month of traveling and eating our way through the whole island, Sabores was the most satisfying culinary experience all around! ¡Aquí se cocina con mucho amor, calidad y alma! The food here comes from the soul and you will feel it in every bite! Do yourself a favor and order the pasteles, the best I've had in my life and I grew up on the island! Heavy focus on locally sourced products and I have never met owners and staff more excited and proud to serve you the amazing food they have to offer. The result is spectacular food, drinks and desserts! So spectacular we returned the next day for lunch before leaving Utuado, to no surprise another wonderful meal experience and service. If you're ever in the general area, Sabores is 100% worth the drive up the mountain. No other place in the area came close to the quality, flavors and love Sabores cooks with, and we tried quite a few in Utuado! ¡Muchas gracias Marla por tan linda experiencia y mucho éxito!
