Food is plentiful. Very inexpensive. The black beans were canned. I could taste it. So were the refried beans. Edit from October 2023. March 2024 now. The food is smaller in portions now. The guacamole was maybe a teaspoon full. Same with the pico. Not enough to put on the tacos. More like a sample's worth. No more complementary chips and salsa. The salsa gets put on the food by the guy in the back. The price of what I always get was almost two dollars higher. For chicken tacos. The combo. I don't know if I will be going back.🤷🏿 The pics posted were from 6 months ago. By No means the same. So I’ve been running the game stuff up the street for a couple months and I have made this place my regular stuff for lunch. I can buy at least three times a week now and I have to say I’m never disappointed with anything I ordered. The service is always great, and I know that the Food is fresh. I genuinely don’t think there’s a better bite of Mexican food around this place. 10/10 highly recommended. It's amazing how a restaurant can give pretty good service but underwhelming food. We've had their Breakfast Burritos and they're quite good 9/10 times. This time, we had lunch and ordered a couple of burritos. They were not so good. Besides being dry, they were lukewarm and the meat was tough: specifically, the steak. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes to get the food, we were very disappointed. We were so hungry that we ate these items anyway, to our detriment. It may be some time before we visit again. Three (more like 2 ⅔) stars is being generous because the service was good. I always get the big breakfast burrito, and it's big enough to last me two meals. Their green and red salsas are a delicious pair to the burrito. Pick-up orders work well. The cashier's are always kind. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. You do get enough food for your money. My issue is the last 3 out of 5 times I've went there my order is not right. This last time I ordered beef enchiladas and get home and it's cheese enchiladas. The other times it was wrong and I got someone else's order. Check your food before you leave! Make sure you check! One of my all time favorite restaurants. I am a picky eater, and have A LOT of trouble finding food that I really like, but I have yet to find a "miss" at Sabor. Amazing prices and portions too! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

The food looks good but it lacked flavor for me. I felt the carnitas were dry and could have used a bit of seasoning. The beans and rice could have used seasoning too, or at least salt. It's possible they don't flavor food and expect you to put your choice of salsa in everything. If that's the case, fine, but I wish I had known. Still, staff was friendly and the for came out in good time. Great prices too.

Presentation of food was nice but it was the wrong orders. Yes, orders, more than 1, actually more like 4. We asked for fried beans not black beans. The cashier repeated it back to us yet the cook didn't pay attention serving the plates? After all, he did look like he didn't wanna work, the cashier had to explain how to do the plates. The cashier had zero assertiveness, courtesy when we asked if we could get some salsa. I would not come back here. Before, when it had a different name it was different, much much better. I have a solution though, how about open the styrofoams and show the customers their food before bagging it up? It would save us all a headache. 5 stars for the amazing girl who was working. 4 stars for the food. I got the quesadilla burrito with chicken. The chicken was 100% real and you could see the big chunks. The flavor overall was okay. Would I come again? Yes. I'd just try something else.
