There are only five guests (and we are a group of 3) on a late Monday lunch crowd. Yet the food took a long time to arrive!!! The female cook is more interested in talking to her friend than preparing the food! She has an attitude problem. The food presentation could be better with this price level! A quaint small place to grab some sushi. You are somewhat sepsrated from the buzz of the mall, but not quite separated from it. The sushi is a good varied selection of fish greens, and other ingredients, and the combinations are appetizing and balanced. The level of quality of food here is also better than the franchises of Sabi in the Oslo area, for comparison.

Very bad quality of the fish products that are cooked there. Even the oil that they are using for frying the shrimps hasn't been changed for ages and you can feel that taste immediately! Not recommended this place for eating sushi.

I ordered 30 pieces of chef's choice sushi, and got 5 pieces that were not tempura (3 sashimi and 2 nigiri). The next time I specified I wanted raw food (at a sushi restaurant, of all places), and got 30 pieces, 2 of which were not salmon (as in 2 lone pieces of nigiri). 2 maki rolls were salmon and cream cheese. The food is good, but if you want variation, don't get the chef's choice. If you have to specify that you want raw fish and variation in order to avoid generic "this is the cheap stuff we have today", you're better off just ordering specific items. I'm not going back.

Professional end helpful costumers services. Food delicious and and beautifully served.
