A lovely family run restaurant. The mother does the cooking and one of her sons prepares the table and does the serving. The food is delicious with everything cooked to order and with fresh ingredients. You can order in advance if you prefer not to wait. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend. We have ordered the grilled fish which was very scrumptious and recommend ordering it. We have also ordered mix juice which was good in taste but it had some watermelon seeds so you have to spit it out. There is a child working and the food took quite some time to get prepared but it is fresh cooked. Overall my experience here was pretty good. We had a lovely meal here on our first night nearby. Because we weren't overly hungry, we ordered a chicken kottu for sharing and it was more than enough for us - it was also delicious! The Best Rice and Curry that we have had the chance to eat in Sri Lanka ! Even though they seemed they were closed when we arrived, they welcomed us with a great smile. Veggie rice & curry and devilled calamari were absolutely delicious! Make sure you’re not in a hurry, as the food is prepared from scratch (as fresh as it can get!) and takes some time to arrive at the table.

Wow what a nice rice and curry. So many small bowls in one meal (9 bowls) and Rice. That was so yummy. You have to come to that small Restaurant. We Love it
