Although this store doesn't have the selection a bigger supermarket might (and their bananas are terrible), the employees are friendly and helpful. And they do have some quirky items you won't find other places, like turkey necks and chicken hearts. Last week there was a killer deal for half priced king crab legs. So it's definitely worth checking out.

You get a 1 star your employee Emily was absolutely rude very unprofessional and I got eyes rolled at me because i asked to have my mothers bags double bagged and tied because I come and get her needs for the week I will no longer be giving my time nor money at this location any longer.

I don't usually leave reviews with that being said I gotta say that Kaye from the floral department made our experience amazing, she was very patient, diligent, knowledgeable and helpful and took care of the flowers for my wedding. She even called several distributors and other locations to make sure I'd get my special flowers in a short time. I'll definitely be back.

I go to Russ market because they carry my groceries out to my car. I will never go back to this one again. I had 20 bags of groceries spent over 125.00 dollars the bagger put my bags in my grocery I just emptied. Never offered to help me out to my car. She really acted bored with her job. I am 72 with arthritis. I usually go to Russ market on West A& Coddington. Even if I have 2 bags they always offer to help me out to my car.
