The food was great and the people were great. What more can you ask for? The bartender made me a delicious cosmopolitan. Then I had salmon with roasted corn and mashed potatoes to die for. Excellent server. Bathrooms were a mess. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The salad bar is an extra charge but well worth it at this location! The bar was super clean and organized! The workers were polite and handled everything so well. One person in my party ordered a steak well done , when they received it the steak was done but bleeding and our waitress was happy to fix it for us. I ordered the dry rub ribs and chicken tenders and both were good. The experience overall was enjoyable and all the food was fresh and tasty! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ruby Tuesday's! Have lived in Florence since 2020 and hadn't given it a try until now. Started with the pizza poppers which are served with ranch, which I was surprised by but it was good! I decided to order an appetizer as an entreé, ever done it before? No? How about you live a little and do it! I got the BBQ street nachos! They were yum yum yummy! My wife got the pasta that had shrimp and sausage in it and it was also tasty! Don't wait as long as I did, get in here and try some Ruby Tuesday's Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I had an amazing server by the name of Valerie. She was absolutely the sweetest. A beautiful girl both inside and out. I would love for my family and I be a regular, anytime we come in. I promise she would be our server. We love and enjoyed you Valerie.

The 6oz Ribeye with blue cheese & bacon and mushrooms was absolutely delicious. The chef cooked it so perfect it almost melted in my mouth. My server, Noah, was so accommodating and friendly. His smile and friendliness made my day (and I had had a rough day by the time I got to the restaurant around 1:15). I must say I had the most pleasurable dining experience thanks to your staff. The atmosphere was calm. However, I could have had fish just as good if I bought something from the frozen food section at Food Lion. And...no ranch dressing in the salad bar, what?? Have been several times in the past couple of weeks and it is so much better than it was during the pandemic. They have new staff and waitresses and a cool that takes pride in the food that he serves. I loved the variety and freshness of the garden bar and the entree I ordered each time was perfectly prepared and everything was delicious. My service was unpleasing. I had the salad bar as my entree meal but ended up not being able to eat it. The temperature on the bar wasn't where it needed to be I got nausea. Then I ended up traded it off for the fish and fries. The fish wasn't cook thoroughly. The breading was still like dough and fish on the inside was still raw. Wasn't happy with service at all.
