Tina and I went to the Valentine Sweetheart Special. (12:45pm) She ordered the Bourbon Ribeye steak med/well with loaded potato, unlimited salad bar. I ordered House BBQ 1/2 back ribs, fries and unlimited salad bar. Her steak was fried jerky in sweet baby Ray's (my opinion) but the loaded potato was Huge and stuffed loaded galore. My ribs were some of the Best I've ever had Anywhere and fries were made to perfection, steaming hot. The salad bar definitely 5 star. She didn't complain about her steak (Delicious Jumbo Margarita before 1 pm 🤪) so all n all, We Loved it and hope to Valentine's again next year.. I had maddy as my waitress, she was so sweet! She had a great attitude, and she helped me with all my needs! I’m a picky eater and she worked with me to help me try some thing new! Gabby is the best ever! Very attentive and kept coming back to make sure we had everything that we needed. She always Looks after us very well. I brought my wife here for the Valentine's Day special. Everything was delicious. My ribs fell off the bone and my wife's ribeye was juicy and cooked just as requested. Drinks were good...our server/bartender suggested a drink for my wife when she was indecisive and my wife was thankful for the suggestion and said it was perfect. Service was amazing. Gabby was on top of everything keeping our water refilled and making sure our experience was a good one. Thank you. We will be back! PS my wife said the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was THE BOMB. Nice place, I liked to have froze to death going to the restroom. They could also use a few more items on their salad bar along with some Italian dressing. They could also lower their prices and when they have specific items on special the all employees should be made aware so that they can properly charge the customer. Inez is the best! She anticipates everything you could need and/or want and fixes any potential issues before they can even happen. The food is superb, and the Moscow Mule gets better every time. The 5 scallops were the size of nickels for $22.99. I ordered a crab leg and steak dinner. The Waffle House has bigger stakes and I received no crab crackers to open my crabs with. The picture didn't match the menu at all. Corporate doesn't give the store units the tools to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. The service was superb and the management was apologetic. We ended up here by chance on the way home from out of town. We ordered apps and entrées. The apps were underwhelming but fine. My son's burger was dry. My husband's burger was dry. I ordered a ribeye and mushrooms. While I wasn't expecting top steakhouse quality, I did expect it would be cooked properly. I ordered medium, I got well done plus the plate was a mess. A nice young lady, who wasn't our server, took it back to the kitchen for me. Another steak came out closer to the correct temp but didn't taste good. A manager type person did offer apologies and removed it from the bill. Food was excellent, Drinks were amazing!🤩 I personally came here to write a review about my waitress , I don’t remember her name she has reddish hair and tattoos/piercings well SHE KILLED IT!! I personally have worked in the food service industry before so I know this girl knows what she is doing , i personally thought she was a manager with how much information she gave me on my order and how other employees/customers spoke with her but she wasn’t, she is just an amazing waitress… 5 stars !!
