Horrible service. Horrible food. Our server forgot to place our order and after waiting at least an hour we asked a random server to check on our food. The server came back and said the food was still on the grill and almost done. We waited another 10 min. And, then asked the server to box our food. The food wasn’t hot, lacked flavor and the size of the chicken breast is comical. I won’t be dining here again. Just left here. It is 8:52 pm on a Saturday. They're open til 11pm. I walked in with my wife, 6 year old and 2 year old. More than 2 hours before they closed, one of the many staff sitting at the bar came over to seat us. Very friendly. Then the manager, only one wearing a mask, came over to talk to the hostess. He told her to tell us, "they're not seating anyone else for the night." More than 2 hours before close. Didn't have the balls to tell us himself. Friendly staff. Lazy manager. Pretty upset the fact that we regularly dine here, just went in and was told it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait we said that was fine, we sat by the door where three others were already waiting to be seated, two people walked in right before us and were immediately seated! When the host came back the lady asked her if she had forgotten about them, host responded no I already told you it was going to be a 15 minute wait, party of three walked out, I helped myself to the bathroom to wash up and upon returning to the waiting area two people walked in and were seated immediately, I asked the host how that works and her response was the same, it's going to be 15 minutes!!!!! I never leave less than a $20 tip, never thought we'd be overlooked like that especially for the amount of money my wife and I have spent here over the years! Ruby Tuesday has left a really bad taste in my mouth after this rude host experience, we will not be returning to this establishment!

Go somewhere else!! 😬 This place used to be good, but that was 8 years ago at this point. Now the poor staff is constantly understaffed, and everything suffers because of it. Every single time, there is always one or more items that are messed up and subpar at BEST. It took 40 minutes to get one drink, and 20 more minutes for the other drink to finally come out. This place has just been going down for years. The owner needs to shut down this place or actually hire sufficient staff. The manager’s unemployed best friend had to step in and help it was so bad, SHE DIDNT EVEN WORK THERE! The only thing I could recommend from this place is their ranch. We kept coming back in hopes that it would go back to what it was like before, but tonight was the last time we’ll ever eat here. Texas Roadhouse is 5 minutes away and 100x better food, service, and atmosphere. This Ruby Tuesday always leaves you disappointed! Food was terrible. The steak tasted like leather the shrimp scampi was actually grilled shrimp and pasta. They asked if we wanted steak sauce we said yes and they never brought it, we had to go around the restaurant and find it ourselves. They made everyone wait 20 minutes even though there was over a dozen open seats. I will never come back again and do not recommend! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went there for our Anniversary thinking that we would have a nice steak dinner with a baked potato and they were out of baked potatoes and the kind of steaks we both wanted! Eventually, we settled for what they had and my husband's steak was paper thin! He said he could repair shoes with it! Very pricey for what we got!! Needless to say we were very disappointed!! Horrible experience. It was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesdays and I’ve never experienced anything as bad as this restaurant. I was super excited for the food too. Staff forgot half of my order, not once, but twice. Had to drive all the way back so my ice cream melted completely. I ended up asking for a refund and they couldn’t even do that for the customer. Not only did the manager, Eric, not care about our experience or ask our names, but shrugged his shoulders. He was very unprofessional. Ruby Tuesdays does not care about customer service at all and the meal cost $70 plus tip to at least get good service. Not only did my family go home with no meal last night, but we lost $70 and couldn’t get immediately refunded, so that we can eat another meal for the night as we didn’t trust the restaurant any longer to cook our food. At least this place is constant. We try to come and eat here at least once a year, hoping that we can have a good experience. But we are always disappointed. There was a fan blowing for the air-conditioning. Food was terrible, and they were short staffed. I could have gotten a better deal at Wendy's. Stopped in after in awful experience at the Verizon store near the restaurant. Pretty shorthanded and we had to wait to be sat because there was no staff to be found any where. We were pleasantly surprised later after being sat as the server was excellent and food was perfect. Ended up speaking with the cooks about what a great job they did. Server was again, excellent. Bartender (young male) was training but was left to fend for himself. He was awesome. Steaks were undercooked and had to be sent back but came back perfect.
