A great place to spend your day at the location. Greta parking space since it is in mall. Food selections are good , can do beer at the bowling alley. Lot of arcade game selection and suitable for various age. Clean , well maintained gaming area.
Buyer beware!! They charge you for services you don't actually use!!
We've been coming once a month for a few years now and typically have a great time! Usually the staff is friendly and helpful but that was not what we experienced last night. We had one particular staff member who was so extremely rude to us every single time we went to the counter. We had cups for our drinks but I set mine down and it was accidentally tossed by an employee because it was empty. I understand it happens, and appreciated the attentiveness to cleanliness. When I went to the counter to kindly ask for a new one she gave us the hardest time and fought us on it. Later, we returned our rented stuff to the counter ten minutes early and her back was turned from us so we weren't able to grab our ID right away. When we went back a few minutes later not only was she extremely rude again to us, she said she was charging us for another whole hour despite it only being a few minutes over and it being her fault for not being attentive in the first place. Even though Round1 is typically one of our favorite things to do, I will definitely think twice about coming back next time or recommending it to friends. Especially if that employee is working, it was such a terrible and negative experience. Any fun we did experience was taken away by her snarky remarks and charging us for services we didn't use.
Large acade located in Exton Square Mall. You can enjoy bowling, food, Darts and more. We really liked the self serve kiosk for the arcade cards and found the redemption center different and fun which was also self serve until you're ready to check out. Could easily spend a few hours here. Additional bonus $ amounts for each card level too. We went home with a narwhal plush!
First time back since they redesigned the floor layout. Nice mix of new games, plus my favorite game now has 3 machines. The updated menu is pretty extensive, and the pizza was way better than it had any right to be.
Normally, I have a great experience when I come here but for some reason this time I came and I had everything but. To begin with, the staff is rude and uneducated, not all, but most. There is a certain staff member ( @ N G E L ) that is just a nightmare honestly. I’ve never had such a terrible experience here until I met this individual working at this establishment. I will be submitting an official report regarding this but I did want to leave a review as a warning to anyone who loves coming here as I used to. I remember back when they would give their loyal customers the compensation they deserved but now they’ve become just another big corporation taking advantage of their loyal customers because they think we are blind.
Great night out for some classic fun and games! The lanes were great and they have a ton of games and prize machines to keep you busy for a few hours. There's about 20 lanes or so and even on a Saturday in the summer the wait was only about 30 minutes, which goes by in a flash if you hit up the games.
Overall a good experience. Went at 6pm on a Saturday. So there was about an hour and a half wait for our lane, but $50 on a game card was enough to occupy two kids in the arcade while we waited. Appeared to be slightly understaffed, but the employees do their best so be kind and patient.

Did some bowling, games, and got a karaoke room for my birthday.
The bar does close earlier than expected when the place is open super late. Keep this in mind when planning!
Lots of kids during the day time but less as the evening goes on.
Great selection of arcade games!
I had a disappointing experience at this bowling place last Saturday night. Despite being one of the busiest hours, they decided to take a break and refused to serve any food or drinks. It was frustrating to get there and find out that ordering anything was not an option. The staff was unhelpful, even recommending us to leave when we expressed our dissatisfaction. I do not recommend going there; the service and attitude were both ridiculous.
Save your time and money – I strongly advise choosing another venue for your bowling experience. The lack of service during busy hours and the unhelpful staff make it an unpleasant choice.
