The staff were nice and friendly. It’s nice arcade plus the pizza we had was actually really good no complaints on that. The place could definitely use some ceiling fans especially near the ddr games. But overall it’s a good place to have some fun.
I feel that this Round 1 is becoming more restrictive and ghetto at the same time. See the photos below to see what I'm talking about. I'll give them credit for their mechanics to check on the DDR A3 cabinet. It's nice to build a relationship with one of them, so you can tell them what's going on. The 1P side has had issues with the L and R arrows recently. Casual players won't care, but some of us who play for score will. And they'll speak up! Security shows up later in the evening, sometimes earlier. Every time you go in or out to come back inside, they check you! Very annoying! And there's one bathroom stall with a door, how ghetto is that? The other two stalls has their doors removed, probably best to pee and not do the other. You get no privacy when customers walk past you seeing your junk. And they've revamped their menu! You must also order through their kiosk. Yes, even just for drinks. The employees will call out orders, not take them as of now.

It looks like they remodeled and added a ton of new games but the food was TERRIBLE. Everything tasted off. The tater tots were over cooked and tasted like old dirty oil. The burger smelled super bad and didn’t taste good. The nacho cheese tasted bad. 4 of the 5 tables were dirty meanwhile the workers stood by the registers and chatted. Need to get 5 more free refills for this to pay off lol. Also the claw machine with the Kirby’s has to be rigged! We picked it up FOUR TIMES and each time it shook so hard the plushie fell right out. DO BETTER PLEASEEE

It was pretty decent experience for our first time there. Staff was friendly and there was a good number of people wasn't too crowded. Although a lot of machines were out of order specially the bowling and basketball ones that the younger kids like so we had limited options to choose from. It is kind of pricey as far as credits for each game. Also the gift store to spend your tickets is pretty expensive. You really can't get much with the amount of tickets that the machines give you. Most options for lower amounts or just candy but it was still fun for the kids I don't know if I'll return back to this location or any other round one for that matter.

Been going to this round1 location for a long time and today was totally ridiculous! First few times were amazing but the experience started to deteriorate over time due to their stupid security policy which I find to be redundant and unnecessary. (Main Place mall location doesn't even do this.) Instead of just checking your ID for your age; they scan it now! Yes! It's ridiculous! And have to empty your pockets and be scanned with a wand. Casinos and bars in LA don't even waste your time doing this nonsense. All this just to get into an arcade? It's not a court house or an airport or private government property. If you have an "expired license/ID," don't expect to get in cause that's "their policy now." So I guess when your license expires, your age does too then; cause you can't have proof of being "over 21". Valid driver license is only needed for operating a motorized vehicle. If you're over 21, you're over 21, expiration isn't gonna diminish the years you lived. I bet these "security" guards are working without a valid guard card. Anyone can just put on a shirt that say "security" and work there and wave a wand and tell people to empty pockets and check for age. They work unprofessionally, dress sloppy (good luck running in those sagging pants and untied shoes if there's an emergency), and are quite rude and arrogant; but what can be expected from them when they "have power to let you in or not." Abusing power of authority to boost their egos. (They clearly don't have guard cards cause they're supposed to deescalate conflict, not cause it and cuss customers out.) When they scan your IDs, they store your information on their servers. One cyber breach is permanent damage to have all your sensitive information stolen and have identity theft start ruining your life. LifeLock can only do so much. Honestly, I always have fun and a great time whenever I go to any Round1; but with the way they're operating now with their shady security and "new policy", I'm surprised they haven't got sued yet with how customers and employees are treated by security and management. READ ROUND1 INDEED JOB REVIEWS! Proves they do just hire anyone and have poor management! Who doesn't know how to count and use a computer these days!? (The employees hired by management!) It's basic knowledge, common sense, and education from grade school; but I guess ignorance can't be forgotten!

well, nice place just to hang out, but not for practice or for amateurs. Good place to have fun with many game stations with bowling lain. but there were no sufficient bowling balls. The size was not appropriate for general purposes. the medium size is too small the large size is too big. Also, the finger hole interval between thumb and 5 two fingers is too short. + The thumb hole is not deep enough. In addition, the ball was out of stock even though the lains were not full.
I used to live going to this place till they made these games harder to win and on top of it, they increased the amount per play. This lady time I went I spent 100 to only come out with like 5 prizes compared to months ago when I would come out with a trash bag full, mind you I'm an expert at these games and I have a YouTube, tik Tok, and Facebook following because of all the prizes I win at places like this. I don't think I'll ever go to this Round one ever again. I'd recommend Temecula, city of industry, and Lakewood location over this place. Greedy will be your down fall. Claw games are rigged to the extreme especially the one with round one balls instead of plushies. Here's a look of some of the prizes I've won at other locations, these are a fraction of what I have.
Honestly loved going to this place for my brother's birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I was trying to figure out the drum rhythm game. It was also very clean and orderly, not too busy either for a Tuesday. Hopefully I'll be able to visit the round 1 in city of industry for my birthday to experience some spo-cha.
It's a pretty awesome place for kids and adults to have fun and relax a little. I would stay away from the hot wings it's basically a 80% vinegar based sauce in every flavor.
