Such a beautiful place with really wonderful friendly people. The coffee shop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were there just before closing time on a Thursday, and they'd gone through the trouble to switch on the coffee machine. Lovely view over the mountains.

Totally underwhelming. Gardens are unmaintained and overgrown with weeds. The homemade lemonade was pretty good. The overpriced menu does not cater for people with traditional tastes. In my opinion a very poor poor reflection of the Ludwig brand.

The beautiful farm is found in the valley's of the Outeniqua mountain range just over the Outeniqua pas when traveling from George. The farm offers a couple of options for visitors. There's a nursery with various cultivars of rose you can purchase for your garden, a flower shop where you can buy beautiful cut roses and a quaint restaurant to visit. The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the mountains whilst you enjoy a great meal. Although the restaurant is not inexpensive it is worth a visit when you are in the area.

Walked in on a freezing cold wet winter’s day and received such a warm welcome from all staff. Even with roses being out of season they manage to delight with quant solid lavender posies that seem straight out of France. Will definitely be back in rose season.

What a lovely experience, wonderful ambiance, very well presented food and beverages. Food was delicious. Scenery tranquil. Air filled with the scents of roses and lavender. Nursery very well laid out and roses exquisite.

Roses sold to us were a bit old. Did not last 3days in our house. I do understand that they had a wedding on the day but then you should not sell left over old stock.
