We love Rosie's! The food is always delicious and the service is always friendly and fast no matter how busy they are. It's hard to find good places that offer Gluten Free items. Rosie's has plenty of Gluten Free items and options! Makes life so much easier for people with a gluten allergy. One of the better chain restaurants serving Mexican food. Plentiful servings with complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. Their salsa is definitely one of the best around. Chose to have the pork carnitas burrito today. A very nice size and was happy to see you can substitute riced cauliflower for the rice. A barely noticeable change that is great for the health conscious eaters. The coconut margaritas are worth the price! The staff have become rude and unprofessional. I was hung up and laughed at by the hosts at least 3 times. They were extremely rude, manager was very abrasive with me for no reason I had not raised my voice or said anything rude or inappropriate. I can respect the policies of an establishment and understand them as well but your customers do not deserve to be treated this way. The only thing I will say is there should not be anything online marked for gift cards if they do not work online. I will once again state I understand your policies, I respect them and will not argue that. However the way I was treated left a bad taste in my mouth. No customer should leave any sort of conversation after speaking with a manager feeling this way. You also need to train your hosts not to hang up on customers because they might be bothered by the questions they are being asked. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had the chicken tacos "Rosalita's Favorite," I am glad someone likes it. The Mexican food that I had was as authentic as the General Tsos Chicken Chinese food on the menu. Then they have the nerve to add a surcharge for what? I wonder if they are too afraid to raise the price so it is easier to sneak in a surcharge on. I will not be returning and the only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the wait staff is good. Thanks for the reply from the Management but I will NOT be back a second time!

This place is a rip off. We went on a Wendsday because kids under 12 eat free with purchase of adult entree WHICH ISNT TRUE. It should say one free kids meal with one adult entree. Well I got a $15 Hawaiian burrito that was mostly rice and beans very little carnitas or pineapple? Strike 1 My kids who are 3 and 4 got a cheese quesodilla and a kids chicken fingers. Service was good no Ballon animals or face painting just a character actor handing out candy so yea Strike 2 then I get my bill and see I'm charged for one of the kids meals at nearly $9! Seriously! French fries and 4 chicken fingers when I asked about what they sign said I was informed of the bait and switch Strike 3 I won't be back. Had another wonderful experience there this past weekend, as always! The enchilada combo never disappoints, and the chimichanga was great. I don't know what they put in that salsa, but I could almost get full on that with their complementary chips alone if I don't make a concerted effort to save room - hoo boy. For drinks, I gave a try this time to the watermelon margarita which was not too sweet, but rather surprisingly refreshing (it's not every day you find an alcoholic beverage that you could almost fool yourself into thinking is hydrating). The service is always great - they're efficient which is great for when you're looking to be in and out, and they're equally very kind and attentive on nights when you've probably overstayed your welcome lingering over drinks. Rosalita's knocked it out of the park! I went here last night with my girl friend for her 30th and everything was just perfect! Our waitress was super attentive, food came out piping hot and with every add-on that we requested with no error, and the manager on duty even stopped over at our table to confirm everything was going well. This was my first time here and I can confidently say I would come back! Unbeknownst to me, they had margaritas on special last night so that was a nice surprise on the bill to see. The tables were not cleaned at all. The menus were not sanitized as well, the environment was great...family oriented.
