If you go, keep in mind it's a fast food spot so the atmosphere is no-frills and the service is subpar. However, the food isn't bad. My crispy chicken wrap was very good and my six-year-old daughter enjoyed the chicken strip platter with fries. They sell Pepsi products.

I came here with high expectations to eat good shaorma however I was very disappointed. I do not understand why people review the food as good. I had a large chicken shaorma with all included however it tasted way worse than the average shaorma. Not only this, however is not rolled properly. From my point of view it is way below average, the only upside being the price. The staff was decently nice, but communication was tough as they almost mixed my order. I liked rosa but nowadays the staff behaves are very bad even when they making Shawarma they don’t bother what you are saying for choose . I feel very bad. I hope I won’t go Again.

Can’t really find and parking spaces but the shawarma is one of the best in all of Cluj! There are many sauces to choose from and you get to choose the toppings. You can choose as many as you like for no additional cost! 100% would come again.

The staff is very friendly and the food is really tasty. Rosa has a few locations and all of them are really clean. It’s my go to fast food place in Cluj and I think everyone should try it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
