I recently visited Roots Cafe on multiple occasions, and each experience left me delighted with their offerings. The variety and quality of their menu items are truly exceptional.
I sampled their vanilla tea, strawberry muffins, cookies, Main Squeeze #3, Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, and peanut butter smoothie, and every item exceeded my expectations. The tea selection boasts excellent brands, providing a diverse range of choices. The strawberry muffins were a particular highlight, and the Main Squeeze #3 stands out as the best fresh-pressed green juice I've ever had.
The owners of Roots Cafe are not only welcoming but also patient, readily offering recommendations to enhance your dining experience. The cozy and cute interior adds to the overall charm, making it a perfect post-yoga retreat.
It's worth noting that Roots Cafe operates as a take-out only establishment. However, this provides the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas or treat yourself to the cafe's delights after a day of exploration. I highly recommend giving Roots Cafe a try; you won't be disappointed.

I visited Roots cafe on March 2, 2024. The owner was very hospitable and explained how fresh everything is. I loved the coffee and tea on display which were from different countries. I tried one of the fresh juices (can remember the name right now) which consisted of carrots, lemon, orange and ginger. It was amazing. Everything was made fresh, nothing was frozen or from a concentrated source. I stood there and watched the owner make the juice. I also tried a cranberry muffin which was delightful.
Overall, I love how the owners blend different cultures into the establish and its offerings. Will be returning.

Very friendly. The smoked salmon bagel sandwich is so tasty. They have a very nice selection of teas. I got the lemongrass ginger and it was great. Very clean space too. Definitely worth stopping in.

Gave this place a try while visiting MD for the holidays! Don’t let the small size fool you, they have sandwiches, allll types of teas, and smoothies. I tried this magenta colored juice and the smoked salmon sandwich. Sooo good! Def would recommend

I had the pleasure of visiting this safe today. I was greeted as I walked in 😁 and was given a little information about the cafe and the menu. The smoked salmon bagel and sorrel was delicious. Stop at the cafe and treat yourself!!

Such an amazing space!! Fresh Juices, wonderful teas, smoothies and so much more! The owners are wonderful as well and very kind. If you’re looking for a family friendly cafe, please make sure you visit here! I highly recommend!!!!!
