Front staff is not very friendly. No one is smiling while being served. Manager however very accommodating when we experienced a problem with ingredients on pizza. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always like going to Roman's they are my favorite pizzeria. The pizzas itself I like.The variety I personally like .They have competitive prices.The specials don't work for me ,it doesn't always fall in my taste and doesn't always feels like a special at all.The service can surely improve. The atmosphere ain't that bad but I think they can do more to keep people entertained, you have to SIT and WAIT after all. I am not one to complain but enough is enough. I don't even know how many times I have been disappointed in Romans pizza, specifically Show gate Bloemfontein branch. The app seldom work and if it does work the order is a mess. We stopped buying from them for a long time and decided to try them again. We ordered on the app, it worked, we paid on the app and believe it or not, it worked! So we thought, great, issues are sorted....but were we in for a disappointment! We went to get the pizza and they didn't see the order on their side! According to the people working there,the order didn't print. So, ok, we are not going to make a scene and waited the 30 minutes for our order to be made, guess what, WRONG ORDER! 4 Pizza, 2 pan base, 2 thin base - supposed to be. What did we get, 3 pan and one thin. Just decide to accept it otherwise we have to wait even longer. So, the pan base was made with the wrong ingredience. They added greenpepper and clearly took it off because they missed some! NEVER EVER MAKING THIS MISTAKE AGAIN!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was very dissapointed. I ordered the sava range with 2 choc pies online. My husband went to pay and pick it up. He only received the pizza. No choc pies. They had our number but did not send a message or phone to say that he did not take the choc pies. Will not be ordering again. Service Take out

I am very disappointed in Roman's pizza Showgate. I called to order and could not hear a thing the worker said to me, after a few times of me asking her to repeat, she started yelling at me. So much so that I had to take the phone away from my ear, she was simply to loud! This is not the first time this has happened, the previous time I called and the same person answered, she sounded like she was getting annoyed and was very rude. This is very unprofessional and I think Roman's should not hire people with such bad manner. She should not be behind the counter and telephone if she cannot pronounce words properly and cannot control her temper. After this incident I had to order via the app which took longer than calling. Roman's please pay attention to who is taking the orders and if that persons can speak clearly. Hopefully next time we make use of your services we do not get treated so poorly! Or Debonairs it is... Thank you.
