Come here for a drink after a long walk around Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum. Italian food is good at this place. Try nicely cooked French onion soup, Bbq pork ribs and beef tacos. This bbq will offer you good draft beer, wine or margaritas. A lot of visitors order delicious lemonade. RoJo's Tavern is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Tasty meals at reasonable prices are offered here. Horrible service... food was edible Stopped in last night and the place was empty other than one table. Sat down at a booth that has cushions covered in duct tape and zero foam. Waited for a server but never came to the table. Finally asked the bartender who was kind enough to take our orders. Food was dropped off but no one returned to ask if we needed anything. Finally asked the bartender for additional napkins and extra BBQ sauce. "Kinda std for ribs" Again no one returned. Another couple came in and seated. About 20 minutes later they came to the bar saying they were delivered the wrong food. We finished our meal and waited to the check. Finally had to go to the kitchen and ask for our check. The server "talking in the kitchen" said she was busy and would stop by in a few minutes. Gave a $2.00 tip and left.... So many great places to eat in South Lake Tahoe. Don't waist your time or money at this one.... Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
