I ordered delivery, the food was here very quick. We got wings and a sub. The wings were perfect and exactly what anyone would want from wings, crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned. Literally if you are a Content Creator and want to do reviews on the WORST restaurant. Here you go. Pizza sauce it’s sweet, which I do not know why, Bread is always hard,Salads seem like they are bought from the store. This place just needs to go outta business period. Disgraceful. Basic hometown pizza joint. Are you looking for a few slices and a few beers while you watch the game? Do you only have a few dollars in your pocket? Roberto's is here for you. They seem like family there [in a charming way, not a yelling way]. They're also open on Sunday and that counts for a lot in this area. I got 3 cheeseburger subs with pepperoni pizza, boneless barbecue wings along with it. It took a total of an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. We called at the 1 hr 15 minute mark, said it was going to be here in 15 after being on hold for another 5. Normally it's like a 45 minute wait for us but it was twice as long. The food was fantastic but I do not recommend eating here if your looking for food delivery and want it within that hour (including ordering the actual food and everything itself) we did however get $10 credit for our next order. I moved here from Long Island a year ago. I've had pizza a few times in the area but haven't found any that tastes like home. Sort of just accepted it lol My dad came to visit a few months ago from NY and took my son to this pizza place. He was a pizza maker for years on the island and our family owned a pizzeria outside of Queens. He said it was one of the best slices of pizza he's had and loved the atmosphere. So far my husband has gone back with my son and I finally went today. I felt like I was back on LI! Super stereotypical, but I truly miss good pizza and bagels lol I can honestly say I've found a tried and true pizza place here. Thanks!! It is the worst pizza I have ever had. Don’t order vegan pizza from them; they don’t know how to make it. This is the first time I haven’t liked pizza. Also, can people treat customers more nicely? Idk how to reply but now I got it was very bad taste because you don’t have it and you just cut bad tomatoes and vegetables on top , I order it yesterday

My family and I had a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza and a cheesesteak sub. 1 kid was sent home due to excessive vomiting, my toddlers both are currently vomiting and pooping excessively. My sister had to go to the ER in which she was advised that she had food poisoning. When I reached out to the restaurant I was advised that no other customers complained so it couldn’t be the food. Was told I will get a callback still waiting. Edit: The fact that you would sit on this review and lie to the customers is ridiculous and very unprofessional however, that is fine. No one hung up on you. The call was over when you said that there was nothing that you would do or no other people complain. Everyone in my house was sick and still sick today being Wednesday, October 12, 2023 and we purchased the food on October 10, 2023. We will have a conversation with our attorney present because we see that you like to lie. We also have the documentation from the ER the pictures of the throw up the pictures of the diarrhea and everything. Pasta overcooked and not seasoned , the Meatballs were hard and cold. The Taco pizza was also cold with no flavor and I spent 70$ for this mess.
