I cannot sing enough praise for RISE Bakery! The team made the most beautiful -- and delicious -- smash cake and two dozen cupcakes for my daughter's first birthday. The whole experience was wonderful. They responded to my online inquiry quickly, helped give me ideas based on the theme (an Alice in Onederland party), and delivered the cake and cupcakes an hour before the party started. They even set the cake and cupcakes out for me, and put in the first birthday candle! So many people remarked on how beautiful and perfect the treats were, and how good they all tasted too. I can't wait to use RISE again!

My family and I have been enjoying cakes and cupcakes by Amy for YEARS! She is an absolute delight and is always willing to go above and beyond. I am so grateful to know that we will always have delicious treats for birthdays, special occasions or even just because we feel like it. Amy has made amazing cakes over the years, our favorite is her chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and butter toffee filling! YUM.

It was my lucky day when a mutual acquaintance connected me with Amy! I had been searching for someone to make a groom's cake for my youngest son and after our initial phone call I knew I had found the right person. Amy listened patiently to what I had in mind and then asked thoughtful questions and offered wonderful suggestions. In the end she and her team created more than just a beautiful and delicious cake...they gave us a piece of art depicting all of my son's favorite things. Now Amy is my go-to for every occasion!!! I recently asked her to make some cookies for my middle son's engagement party. Once again she delivered the most beautifully designed...nicely wrapped cookies. My intent was to give them to people as they left the party but someone opened one and the word spread about how delicious they were and well...let's just say...I've never seen a tray of cookies disappear so quickly! Thank you Amy!!!

I asked Amy if she could do a cake for an Alice in Wonderland bridal shower. She offered options about style, colors, and flavors, and gave us a true masterpiece! Her cake was the highlight of the party. Everyone was charmed by this exquisite creation, so perfect for the event. And, once we got past the pain of cutting into it, the lemon cake with butter cream frosting was simply marvelous.

RISE Bespoke Bakery Co. was over the top amazing!!!! From the very first contact designing the cake to pickup and devouring every last bite of this delicious cake I was thrilled. They were very responsive, accommodating and so sweet. When I called I had a jumble of ideas and they were able to help me put that all together into the perfect cake. The cake was more than I could have ever hoped for and my husband loved it!! The icing was out of this world good and the cake was moist and had a great flavor. We will absolutely be ordering again and suggest you order as well if you need any type of cake for any event!!! The best cake I have had so far in Charleston!! Thanks for everything RISE Bakery!!

Such a great place! Their food is delicious and I highly recommend the cold brew coffee! They use coffee ice cubes so when the drink melts you don’t lose the flavor.

highly, highly recommend! I had contacted Rise bakery about a very last minute cupcake order for a bachelorette/birthday celebration. they not only accommodated my late request, but went above and beyond to match the colors to the bridal party colors and add fun decorations that matched both a birthday and bachelorette theme. it was honestly just a great bonus that the cupcakes also tasted delicious! (side-note, I grabbed a coffee from their sister coffee shop, Shine while they brought out my cupcakes, and I highly recommend their coffee as well!)

If I could rate this higher I absolutely would!! This was the best cake I have ever had in my life, honestly. We chose to have 3 different flavors, white cake with raspberry filling ( she also added fresh raspberries ), red velvet, both with white buttercream, and chocolate with chocolate buttercream. The buttercream was so light and almost refreshing somehow. Every single person who tried the cake was amazed at how good it was. It honestly didn't taste like wedding cake! It was so moist and delicious! Our photographer said in their line of work they eat a ton of wedding cake, they said they have never had cake that has tasted so good. They asked for the name so they would tell future clients of theirs about it! I've been married for 7 months now and people are still talking about how good the cakes were! We plan on ordering another small one for our first anniversary!

Amy's desserts are truly works of art. I have ordered from Amy many times now, and each creation has been unique and creative, with incredible attention to detail. The "icing on the cake" is that they taste even more amazing than they look! I have found it difficult in the past to find desserts that combine both exceptional aesthetic and taste. Amy is also super friendly, responsive, and professional. I always know I will have a 5 star experience when working with Amy.

Celebrating my parents 80th and 75th birthday and wanted something special for the occasion. I ordered the Lemonberry cake - it was amazing. I am a repeat customer and always reach out to Baked by Amy when I need something beautiful, creative and delicious - she never disappoints.
