Came in for prime rib on Friday night. Unfortunately most of the steak are fat, and strangely has grilled mark on it to tell if it’s really prime rib. The service is good, but I wouldn’t come here for prime rib. Maybe a different story for breakfast. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered the captain's platter, And the prime rib, And cheeseburger, The captain's platter when we got it to the motel, Less than a mile away, Was not cooked completely, The prime rib was mostly fat, The cheeseburger was the only thing that was good, Price was $89 for 3 people. And the captain seafood platter was not edible, Prime ribs so fatty there was not much meat, Forgot the gravy on the mashed potatoes, And unfortunately they were closed by the time we got back to the motel. It gives off the classic 80s breakfast place but the food is terrible and expensive for what it is! I was charged $2.25 to only get about 20 chocolate chips for 5 pancakes. The sausage was burnt & had pieces of paper towel stuck to it. They forgot part of our order multiple times during our 1 visit. We also asked to have sausage put in our omelette but it came on the side. The waitress mentioned it was her first day, which happens. Nothing is directed towards her personally but looking at other reviews this is the service I would've had anyways. This place was DEAD when you walked in and took roughly 40min to get our full order. It is clearly not worth going to. There are better places to eat here. Service was super friendly. She mentioned she is always the only employee. She did everything from greeting us, seating us, taking our order, then cashing us out at the end. It wasn't that busy but she barely came around to check on us. We never got to request refills til we were done eating. As for the food my chicken breast dish had no flavor, I only took one bite and left the rest. It was supposed to come with garlic toast but they gave me a dinner roll with 🧈 butter. My husband ordered a double bacon 🥓 🍔 cheeseburger and they left out one patty. We let them know and they told us it would be 7mins for another patty to get made. They weren't going to remake the whole burger so we said just forget it. They still charged us for it. They brought us an extra drink and charged us for that too. I would never go back here and would not recommend it, but kudos to that cashiee/waitresses for taking in everything. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

What a great local coffee shop restaurant! I went for breakfast and enjoyed every bite of my biscuits and gravy Combo plate. Scrambled eggs, added cheese. Two sausages, and I ordered plenty of coffee to top it all off. Friendly staff, I'll be back!

When you're hungry a place like this can be a blessing because it will definitely fill your stomach, but it might leave your taste buds wanting more. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out quickly, but everything tasted like it came out of a package and was quickly thrown on the grill. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was Jimmy Dean quality, and while the biscuits and gravy were piled high, I've never had sausage gravy that was so devoid of sausage or flavor. It tasted like milk and flour and had a gooey consistency and really, if I'm going to blow my calorie limit for the day it better be for something tasty. I don't know if I would come back here, but it fills a niche, and for that, it's acceptable.

Looking for a quick bite with the family at a decent price?? Riley's restaurant and lounge is a pretty decent restaurant a few blocks from Broadway, the food was delicious at a fare price and was very quickly brought to the table. The customer service was great and had a nice atmosphere for friends and family. Will definitely be back on our next trip through seaside. Also its way more practical than waiting in line for pig'n'pancakes for 50 mins. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Enjoyed the Friday night special Prime Rib dinner in this cute, clean restsurant... it was very delicious! My waitress, Sara, was friendly and efficient. I wish my dinner had come along later than 3 bites into the bean soup, and seriously? Canned Peas? I think the chef could do better with some fresh steamed vegies. Look forward to returning for a yummy breakfast soon.

Nice little restaurant. Very good service, the food is excellent! My girlfriend and I had a nice dinner and breakfast the following morning. We stayed at the Red Lion which is walking distance to Riley's. Very nice restaurant! We recommend eating there if you're ever in Seaside, Oregon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
