Planned a trip to Nilai and was looking for a good eatery. Friend recommended this restaurant. We had our Merdeka lunch here.
Staff are friendly and courteous. Service was quite fast.
We ordered their award winning Dong Pou Pork. It was so yummy. The steamed cod fish is simply amazing, due to its freshness and way of cooking. The braised pork knuckle was not too bad. So is the steamed chicken. Bittergourd fried with egg was also good. We also tried the dessert!
Will definitely return to try other dishes, when we next visit Nilai!

First time coming here, not bad although i did had high expectations but still considerably okay overall. Great customer services. The restaurant was a bit old & outdated, seems to be going through some renovations.
The dining hall was considerably big, not so hot or cold just perfect temperature. Not noisy at all despite being crowded. One problem, it was a bit dark for me- not well lit during our lunch time.
A lot of food choices but mostly Chinese dishes. Quality wise seems great - still not a fan of their plating style. Taste wise - disappointingly just plain (it lacks salt or probably no MSG since i didn’t tasted it). By far for me, snow ice was the best.
Price wise was a bit expensive than average but still considered as okay due to the location, facilities and services. The portions were totally acceptable. Payment done by cashless - debit/pay-wave.
Kids friendly and some dishes are suitable for vegans/vegetarians. Wheelchair accessible. Ample parkings. Definitely will come again soon.
2nd visit - Dimsum seems nice but lacks in taste and not many choices. Price wise bit expensive but as always great dining environment.

I came here to enjoy dinner for a special occasion.. and I did. The staff here are very friendly, extremely good customer service.. they recommend you the top dishes, and what may suit your taste. I dined here in a family of 5, and spent around 2 and a half hours here. We weren’t rushed, and we got our food quite promptly. The environment here was quite nice, not too loud. Decorations for Chinese new year pictures are spot on too. However, pricing of dishes may not fit everyone’s neish, it was 1000 RM.

Decided to try this famous restaurant on the 5th day CNY lunch. The food are just ok. Nothing fantastic and not too bad. The only not so good dish is the Sweet & Sour Pork. The fried pork is 80% flour with a tiny bit of meat inside. I heard they are famous for their "Buddha jump over the wall", but if simple dishes also cant be impressive, i dont think i will be back to try other dishes again.

Located in the midst of industrial lots, it’s a restaurant that surprises in its ability to reinterpret traditional dishes. I revisited for the first time after the pandemic for dim sum and I was so happy that the quality is still very much there.

Used to be regular customer until today. We placed our order and after that 2 buses full of tourists came in. They immediately started serving them while we were waiting for our food to come. After 30 min I asked about our food and they responded it's coming. Another 10 min later no food had arrived so we cancelled our order and left. We pointed out to the management that we are not used to such treatment in this restaurant. Not even an apology!
So, never again. If they consider the buses more important then regular customers so be it.

Terrible Services. We were there during CNY before MCO, service and food were good. This year CNY reunion dinner, we booked a place there. It turns out terrible and extremely TERRIBLE with the experience.
We booked the set B, but when they confirm with us, they confirmed in numbers (which we only found out during the dinner that's the price for the set). We asked for manager to talk about it, coz some of the dishes our family member couldn't eat, tat's why the only set we can ordered is this set. When the manager came, he just put the blame on us saying that we confirmed that.
Question is, why the set named A,A2 and B but when they confirm with us is the PRICE of that set? Without any apologize, the manager just mentioned that we confirmed the wrong dish and nothing can be done. We can only eat and pay.
We can understand they are very huge corporate and don't even bother just took the wrong order for 1 table. We will not go there again anymore. Not sure for other branches, but this branch, it's a big NO.
