I found this amazing Cuban restaurant in Tijuana, Colonia Buena Vista. Absolutely delicious. Will be back for more.

Delicious and authentic Cuban food! Servers and the owner were quick to attend us. Owner is very nice and is from Cuba. All plates come with salad, rice and beans, and platano maduro (fried sweet plantain). They have a variety of soft drinks including Cuban sodas. Delicious food with lots of flavor. I have returned numerous times and have never been disappointed. My favorite dish is their "Rabo Encendido". For less than half of what the dish cost in Cuban Restaurants in LA areas. Those guests I have invited have been delighted too.

Will not go back. Food was good. But not the owners or the employees were wearing masks. When questioned about it the owner said " I just got here and besides we do not cook.
