This is by far the best restaurant on the whole resort. The staff and servers were so friendly and our waiter name Alejandro and was amazing so friendly and they were so quick with the food and the drinks were also coming out very quick and tasted very good too the both strawberry and mango daiquiri I had. The food was also exceptionally good. I started off with bread and olive oil, balsamic vinegar and cheese and was really good would recommend giving it a try. Then I had calamari as my appetizer and it was great very fresh and tasted very good just wish it was a bit crispier then it would have been perfect. Then I had the seafood pasta and it was good and had lots of seafood in it and pasta was cooked really good and sauce was also good too. Finally the dessert I am not a big dessert or chocolate guy but decided to give it a try and it was very moist and creamy. The dish name was Chocolato Imperial that I had and would definitely recommend trying if you like sweat and chocolate stuff. Overall would highly recommend this restaurant as was amazing.

We were expecting Mexican Italian fusion. It was just Italian. The 4 cheese gnocchi were overcooked and floating in olive oil (as per photo) the seafood in the gnocchi was nice. The tiramisu didn't have enough coffee in it but it was a nice dessert. The calamari was ok.

I love Italian food (even if Americanized) and I've had enough to feel good about leaving a review. The flavors were so rich, all of it was amazing. The server Alejandro was knowledgeable and attentive with us.
Very disappointed vegan experience. Even as a privileged club member with the support of a concierge advising the restaurant beforehand, they just didn't care about our vegan needs. They just had a plan salad (no seasoning) and a boring pasta ao sugo with absolutely no taste whatsoever, even no salt. They didn't have even a no milk bread to serve, go figure. Terrible experience, I would say that vegans should stay away from this place. Unfortunately it was a recommendation from the privilege club concierge and we didn't expect that.

One of our favorite restaurants of the whole resort, coming from two big foodies.
Bread and Dips 9/10
Caprese 9/10
Beef carpaccio 8/10
Calamari 5/10 really thick, hard to cut, and not very crispy
Dolce Vita Pizza 8/10
Filet mignon 9/10 order as Medium if you want Medium Rare
Gelato 8/10
This was one of the a la carte restaurants we booked as part of our package, and we weren't disappointed.
Great service - friendly, professional, efficient.
The dishes arrived rather quickly after the order, making the wait less than average.
The "welcome" focaccia was pretty good, but a bit on the salty side.
Carpaccio and calamari fritti were fine, and nicely served, but the taste wasn't something extraordinary. So was Il Filetto.
What really blew my socks off was the salmon. I love and eat salmon quite a lot, but this was made to perfection! Medium done, it was tender in the middle and amazingly caramelized on top, with the perfectly match herbs paste and lemon sause.
Arguably, the best I've ever had. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would've done so merely for this salmon!
The desserts didn't disappoint either: a good pannacotta, and an equally good tiramisu.
Bottom line: this dinner has exceeded my expectations from an all-inclusive resort restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the staff!
The only major detractor for me was the lack of A/C. On a hot day, the heat distracts from the proper enjoyment of the meal.

The restaurant was excellent. Food was perfect and the showmanship during the meal was entertaining. I was there with 5 other family and friends and everyone loved their meals.
