The soup. Get the veal soup. Look, this is a small, traditional place clearly favored by locals, and for 300 you can get a fun simple meal. The ćevapi are also solid.
Walking by, I noticed a bunch of workers, shop keepers, locals inside eating soup. I haven’t tried anything else yet, I’ve been there 3 times for the soup. A beef soup with a few small chunks of beef, comes with lemon wedges, a small pickled pepper and some bread, 90 dinar (about $1.50). Great for breakfast on a cold morning, or anytime!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sarajevo restaurant in Skopje, Macedonia, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and understated, with traditional elements that paid homage to the restaurant's namesake city.
The menu was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of traditional Bosnian and Herzegovinian dishes, as well as some unique fusion options. I decided to try the cevapi, a dish of grilled minced meat served with a side of onions and ajvar, a roasted red pepper spread. The meat was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning, and the ajvar was a perfect complement.
The service was top-notch, with our waiter providing excellent recommendations and attentive service throughout the meal. I also appreciated the reasonable prices, especially considering the high quality of the food and service.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sarajevo restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Bosnian dining experience in Skopje. Whether you're a meat lover or looking for vegetarian options, there's something for everyone on the menu, and the atmosphere and service are sure to make for a memorable meal.

C'mon everyone, you have to stop by this place! The Ckembe Corba was probably the best I've had in the city. The kebabs were remarkable. Every bite had a robust flavor.
Hands down, no jokes, one of the best meat soups I've ever eaten... insanely good. I had 3 portions. Ace vibe too around lunchtime.
