Excelente comida, el trato de los meseros es muy malo en general, pero hay quienes se distinguen por el buen servicio. Eso si está saturado quizás eso demerita el trato de los meseros.

Food variety has something for everyone. Don't expect to be shown to a table as this is a buffet and not an a la carte setting. Staff are often very busy but if not run off their feet can be regularly attentive clearing plates and topping up/taking drink orders.

Good food and attentive staff.(edit) although the food is generally tasty and there's plenty of variety, it is mostly cold, I don't like my food too warm, but even for me it is a little cold. Better to go to the Yucatan buffet in the Tulum hotel, same variety and quality but much warmer.
