A restaurant with a stunning sea view offers an unforgettable ambiance, but unfortunately, the food served is not well-prepared. Let me point out the following facts: tasteless food, the waiter doesn't speak the language of the country he works in, small food portions, and high prices.
First and foremost, the major problem we experienced was the tasteless quality of the food. Despite expecting to enjoy local delicacies given the idyllic setting, the dishes we received were disappointing. The meals lacked authenticity and flavor, which weakened the overall experience.
Furthermore, the waiter we communicated with didn't speak the language of the country where the restaurant is located. This created difficulties in understanding the menu and communicating special requests we had. Staff who don't speak the language of the country they work in can be frustrating and challenging for guests.
Another notable issue was the small food portions served. While it's expected for upscale restaurants to serve smaller portions, here we received extremely modest amounts of food that didn't justify the high prices of the dishes.
On that note, it can also be said that the food prices were excessively high compared to what we received. Considering the lack of flavor and small portions, we expected a better price-to-quality ratio.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant solely to those seeking a beautiful sea view and are willing to sacrifice food quality for that experience. However, if your priority is delicious food and satisfying portions, you might be disappointed. I hope the restaurant's management will pay attention to these shortcomings and improve their offerings to enhance the experience for all visitors.

Due to the peak season and breathtaking scenery, the costs are fair. The salmon fille was overdone and covered in excess oil, and the fish soup was terrible. The employees were quite polite and deserve a 5/5, but the overall rating of the establishment is just 3/5.

In this restaurant, I eat the most delicious dishes in Ulcinj:) seafood salad is super fresh and delicious, the soup is not salty at all. The only dissatisfied thing: waiter/waitress are not good at English:) but they have 4-5 languages menus:) You can enjoy view of the sea and the old town from here.
However everything looks beautiful, the view, the restaurant, even the bathrooms it was such a big disappointment. When we ordered our dishes the main courses arrived when I was still eating the soup… Secondly, we both ordered risotto (Frutti di Mare, and 4 cheese) both of them were half-made, so sometimes the rice was crunching in our mouth, and the 4 cheese one was like eating only a garnish. It did not have any taste and was so dry that I had to drink simultaneoulsy after one bite.
The only thing that makes this a 2 star rating is that the staff was really nice and offered us the best view in town.
No salt and pepper,also not knowing main language English ,no bread and slow service wet table and plates as well ,food is pre-made ,fries uneatable.Calling us Serbitch ,and other mean names on Albanian ,all tho view is good for afternoon coffe ,everything other is bad

The view is stunning. But that’s it. The food was pricy and not tasty. The were no flavors in it. We were the only people in the restaurant. A day after we had really bad tummy aches. So we wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic views and location, but sadly the food or the service didn't match.Orderered chicken with gorgonzola sauce, they brought it about 30 seconds after the starter, which was just awful. The sauce was bland and the potatoes were cold, and the waiter was completely inattentive, very poor indeed, wouldn't recommend.

Mentir no es bueno... En las entradas al restaurante las cartas tienen precios más baratos y cuando te sientas las cartas que te traen tienen precios más caros... ( encima se lo dijimos al mozo y se ríe diciendo bueno no es mucho..) cuando nos fuimos se lo dijimos al encargado y nos dijo que si... pero sin importarle... la comida muy buena pero el servicio pésimo.
