Restaurant by day, club by night. Both the food and the music are excellent here! The service is much better than in most other places in Ukraine. The owner has several other restaurants in Bila Tserkva that are all well run.

One of the best places in all of Bila Tserkva. Good service, amazing food with tons of variety and kind attentive staff. This "complex" has a club and a restaurant which makes it a great place for a night-out. I have eaten here on multiple occasions with friends from America, Brazil and Canada, all of which were shocked by the quality of the food and the inexpensive prices. This place is a must for any tourists or businessmen coming through Bila Tserkva who would like to experience the highest-quality dining available in the city.
