VED has been of my favorite restaurants to go to in Lund, it always has a nice atmosphere and the food is good. However, the last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I went with 2 other people, all of us in our 20s. We wanted to order drinks and I realized I forgot my ID so I asked if I can show a picture of my passport on my phone. The waitress said no, okay, fair enough, so I ordered a coke and the rest of the group ordered drinks. Later in the evening, the waitress passed by as I was taking a sip of one of my friend’s drink and proceeded to quite literally scold me. I felt like a teenager trying to get drinks illegally, not like an adult at a restaurant being talked to by a waitress. When we were finished with our food, the waitress brought us the check without me asking, even though I still had half of my coke left and my reservation was supposed to be finished in half an hour. Update: I dined here again after visiting 5 years ago. Pizza is still delicious! If you order a salami pizza the salami will be served on the side or they will put it on the pizza after it comes out of the oven. I didn't have a reservation and was seated quickly. That was because I got they at 5 pm and the table I was seated at was reserved for a group that was coming at 7 pm. August 2018: The pizza is awesome! One of the best pizza crust I have ever had. I give it 4 stars because the wait after being seated and waiting for someone to take your order can sometimes be a bit long. We went to Ved quiet often when we visited Lund .. it is like a Must! The pizza is tasty and i love the dough ! My Favorit pizzas are pizza Margaritha & Räkör . Its recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
