Really friendly staff and amazing food. All 3 of us had burgers and really enjoyed them. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service experience 02/01/24. Burger arrived not hot enough. Instead of Earl Grey you received ordinary black tea they know it but they don't even bother to tell you. You listen to old reggaeton in quite mainstreamly overload interior. On the top of it you wait for your bill 20min and then have to ask for it again. BTW burger was OK just bit cold.

Great and delicious food for fair prices. The salad was a bit brown. The staff spoke good English, but could have been a bit more friendly ;-)

Amazing food. Great prices! Highly recommended. Hamburgers are outstanding. We spent around 13 euro per person including hamburger, fries and drink.

This place made my Monday even worse. Unpleasant service with no hint of friendliness. The burger was dry, especially the dry meat. I don’t recommend it and won’t be back again

I had a fantastic experience at the burger joint! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great dining experience. The burger I ordered was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The combination of fresh ingredients and the chef's expertise truly made the meal memorable. The attentive and efficient service added to the overall enjoyment of my visit

The good: service, decent portions and great location The bad: waiting time, maybe we just came at a busy time. Overall: the place has a very nice atmosphere, they speak English and know the menu well. We were informed ahead that there will be a waiting time of 40 minutes as they were full. They did bring out (to our request) seconds (fries, sweet potatoes) and drinks, so the wait wasn't that bad. Burgers were to our liking as was the rest. Try and make a reservation for Fridays and Saturdays as they are very busy days, they will try to find you tables but they cannot promise anything if it gets crowded.

4.6 rating can not be true. This restaurant definitely needs a RESTART. My husband and I were seated at a dirty table, full used dishes. After one hour of waiting for our food, we left without being served. Not one server or manager came to check on us, offer anything, including an apology. Shame on you. Go to another restaurant.

Pictures could not be further from reality. Gourmand burger very empty nothing like pictures, beef was well-done:(. Almost could not taste blue cheese. Pulled pork burger was much better but pork was very dry. Cocktails are good. Staff was very nice, although their english skills are very limited, very surprising.
