I decided to try this place for the first time. I placed on order online and received my confirmation. After arriving I was told that they were out of chicken and could not make my order. They said the “owner” should have let me know by text/email. I did not get any notifications before I arrived. It’s notable that they thank you for ordering directly from the business instead of an app when placing an online order. Except they can’t get it correct. Maybe the apps are better? Probably not, but this experience was disappointing. Update: I decided to give this place another chance after a few months. I ordered take out again and called ahead to make sure they had chicken this time. They did. I ordered chicken Marsala and garlic Parmesan fries. I was a couple minutes late from the stated pick up time and was told it would be another couple of minutes. My order was given to me after another 20 minutes of waiting. I get it, it’s a busy Saturday night. Maybe adjust your pick up times for take out orders? My Marsala tasted burnt. Not good at all. The garlic parm fries were disappointing, as well (see picture). If you want good pasta, don’t waste your time or money here. Go to Bocca or Geraldi’s. They know what they’re doing. YUMMY!! Myself and 3 others had dinner here. I had ravioli rosa, hubby had Tuscan steak, friends had lasagna and chicken and shrimp pasta. Everyone really enjoyed their food. The ravioli rosa was excellent. Service was very good and prices are reasonable. Doesn't look the best from the location and outside appearance but don't let that fool you. It was a great dinner. Stopped in to get some to go food. Like others reviews the location seems meh but it's actually a really cute spot once you go in. Did not care for any of the food we ordered. My partner is vegetarian so we just ordered some basic stuff... spaghetti with marinara, a caprese salad, and a vegetarian primavara with a lemon cream sauce. The caprese salad was way overloaded with pesto and with the fresh basil it was just way too much. The spaghetti was super bland. The primavera was also very bland seasoning wise and the lemon cream sauce was just completely overly powering with the lemon. The servers seemed nice other than they made my salad with no gloves on. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service!! Made a Valentine’s Day reservation for 8:15 we get there and was told an hour and a half wait for our reservation. I asked why they didn’t bother to call the customers and let them know so they could of made other arrangements especially those with small children and got told “they didn’t have time” will not be back. Loved it! Wanted pasta so decided to try. The location is in a small strip mall, and nothing to look at from the outside BUT the inside has that Italian cafe look, clean, and well maintained (no ripped booth cushions, etc). Service was outstanding and they took care of our party. The food was delicious with old family recipes used - ravioli rosa, spaghetti and meatballs, fettucine alfredo, and philly sandwich (Italian twist) with parmesan fries all got rave reviews. Price was fair, most meals come with soup or salad plus plenty of garlic bread, and the entree dishes were really large. We were there late afternoon, but found they have lunch specials between 11-2 we plan to check out later. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
